Sehr enttäuschend. Habe mich vorher über deren Homepage informiert. Die ist seit Jahren nicht mehr aktuell

Das Personal war nett

Zimmer viel zu klein, Bett war geschraubt! Kein Fernsehen. Sauna für 1 Stunde 1000 Kronen. Immer das gleiche Frühstück, Website nicht mehr aktuell. Toilettenspülung funktioniert nicht richtig

朝食のビュッフェの種類が多くよかった。スタッフの対応も親切でよかった。

・割と古い建物ということもあり、同じ階や下の階からの音が結構響き、夜目が覚めた。・ランドリーありと記載があったが、実際はドライクリーニングのようなクリーニング業者に依頼するとのことで一回40€ほどとのこと。さすがにその価格は高く諦めた。

Für einen relativ kurzen Aufenthalt ist es okay

Die Lage war sehr gut, man kam mit der U-Bahn recht zügig in die Innenstadt. Und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Die Putzfrau hat leider nicht einmal die Handtücher gewechselt in der Zeit wo wir da waren. Sie hat nur einmal die Bettdecken gefaltet. Die Zimmer/Möbel waren etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppich war sehr moderig, weshalb es auch im Zimmer immer etwas gestunken hat, gewischt wurde auch nicht im Badezimmer.

Das von der Rezeption empfohlene Restaurant ,Nähe Billamarkt,ca. 10 min. Gehweg. Preislich und Qualität empfehlenswert. Danke nochmals an die Rezeption.

Das der Pool geschlossen war.Das die Sauna geschlossen war.Das wir keinen Parkplatz vorm Hotel bekommen haben. Das das Restaurant geschlossen war obwohl man bei Booking laut Beschreibung annimmt das diese Annehmlichkeiten zur Verfügung stehen . Wir glauben das diese Einrichtungen die ganzen Herbst,Winter und Frühjahrszeiten geschlossen sind.

After ordering a double bed room, they changed it into 2 separate beds.. They are using a high exchange rate, made a booking with 320 euro and was charged with 360€.

Very good breakfast.

They HAVE FIXED EXCHANGE RATE. AND THIS IS WRITTEN NOWHERE on Booking.com. The property exchange rate is very disadvantageous. They have a price on Booking.com in Euros, but they use their own currency with their own exchange rate. The room was small.

very nice and rustic, cosy little hotel, breakfast included

only had a twin room so I booked a new hotel, even though I did try and email about asking for a double, days before

Loud and bad Management - Avoid if you can

I had a really bad experience and the only positive thing that saved it was the wonderful lady doing breakfast. She was really friendly and understanding.

My experience was a disaster. I got the “Deluxe” room. The room was not sound isolated as seen on the website. It was close to the front desk and I could hear the vibration of a phone box at the entrance. As I asked to change room, they put me into a cheaper one with only compensation by food & beverage. Would be ok if the food was not already included into my reservation. So basically for a 400€ extra-fee for the deluxe, I got a bag of peanut and two beers. The new room was also loud (and dirty), I could even understand the conversation of my neighbors. But I was to tired to ask again to change. The gym is a joke, just a small room with a few old machines that no want would like to use. Anyway, if you can avoid it, please do it. It is very expensive and you probably can find my better around.

The breakfast was very good. The recepcionist was helpful. The room was clean. Location is also good.

1) They withdraw CZK from your cedit card and their fixed rate is 27,50 CZK for 1 Euro. However, this is not a fair exchage rate. So, they withdraw a bit more than book.com says due to this high exchange rate. Keep in mind this. 2) They want to charge everything. I wanted to have hot water from the restaurant. The lady said I could get a coffee from the coffee machine in the restaurant.. After I got the coffe, I asked whether they would charge two cups of coffee and they said NO. However, while checking out, they charged me for the coffee. That was not nice. 3) There weren't any hotel slippers and kettle in the room. After I paid for the coffee, I understood why they did not povide kettle.

Nice view with bird song in the background

Great location, metro and shopping mall in walking direction, but no street noise. Lots of bird song in the morning. Nice view from balcony both day and night. Super friendly staff.

Hallway mirror could use a light. Only usable light is from behind. Bathroom one had a light, but there is not enough room to see yourself in full length.
