The Space:
Come enjoy these beautiful decorated homes that feature cozy rooftop views of Nashville. They each have expansive 800 sq.ft. private rooftop deck is complete with BBQ, comfortable lounge seating, and outdoor dining, offering the perfect setting to unwind and soak up the city's lively atmosphere. This listing accommodates up to 24 people in two adjoining homes.

4th Bedroom (2nd Level): 1 Queen Bed
Bonus Room (1st Level): 1 Queen Bed with en-suite bathroom

** BOTH HOMES HAVE AMAZING 800 sq. ft. rooftop patios with BBQ, games, and views!!
*Dogs Allowed on a case by case basis (max 2). $125 pet fee per pet. Please inquire w/ host before booking. Breed restrictions apply. No Cats allowed. Pet fee will be added to reservation after booking. Dogs must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit.
All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.
If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.
Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local that books this property without contacting management first for approval will have the reservation canceled without refund.

- You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation.
