It was in an exceptional position in the city centre. The pool was great. The design was strange but very modern and nice.
Above all, l really liked the staff. Everyone was very helpful. Rena at the pool was a lovely lady. Vasilia was also very nice. And Katerina!!!!! The gem of the hotel. Her smile and genuine concern to make your stay a great experience.

We stayed in a apartment with beautiful balcony/terrace. The view was amazing. Apartment was very large and spacious. Location was perfect and you can walk to the Kos town. Beach was right in front of the hotel.
Staff was nice and caring. They give us very good tips of nearby restaurants and driving locations in Kos. Because of the tip we ended up in Zia, a beautiful hill town and must see if you visit Kos.
The toilet flush was not working properly but expert found a temporary solution as the damaged part will take time to arrive.

Our room was quite clean; everything we would need was in our room. Balcony is perfect and you can watch sea view. Staff was helpful and friendly. Guests were also not bad, usually good folks. I would recommend anyone who is visiting Kos. Hotel is so close to beach, you can walk to sea just by 1 min walking.
I think price was a bit expensive compared to other hotels around. If i was coming with my family again i would stay here but othervise, price was a bit expensive. I think at least breakfast should be included in this kind of price.

The bed was not comfortable and there was no power socket next to it. Staff are not present most part of the day or available via the phone.

Easy access to the port. Used it as a transit hotel. Didn't get to try the pool or the jacuzzi. Was upgraded and had a spacious apartment. Good view of the sea too.
Lack of a bath or sink plug and a toaster.

Our room was lovely, gorgeous outside area overlooking the sea. Nice and spacious, only 10 min walk to the harbour. Perfect.
The shower was not very good, water was not always hot. Needed to be replaced.

The young lady at the front desk greeted us with jokes and amusement from the off. She was extremely knowledgeable about where to visit and where to eat etc. She went above and beyond what I expected. We had a good laugh with her and her bad jokes/quirky humour. She is a credit to the company.
Room was clean, everything we needed was there. A great balcony.
Only small thing, bed was firm...very firm and the pillows a little flat..but all in all a great stay.

The rooms were big and great to share with friends. Lovely views from the room and the pool. Nice to spend time relaxing on the pool deck. Short walk to the ferry. Nice restaurants nearby.
Air conditioning went off during the night. Toilet stopped working as we left.

location. the staff. the bed. size of the room.
very old apartment/ hotel. weird entrance. the room was not very clean- the shower curtain extremely old and dirty, found pieces of cut nail pieces. very bad soap in the bathroom. no hot water in the morning for shower- unbelievable… the night was very loud with people partying and screaming outside. very expensive for all these reasons

Great location, nice pool, nice apartment. Good size rooms and balconies. Good beds. Small but fine kitchenette.
Got the impression that Bristol is considered “a safe place” considering the number of women groups sharing the apartments - I would be happy to have my teen girls stay here.
Aircon in the main room never got to work. OK in the morning at 25C but above 30C in the evening.

The location
It was way too basic, for less than 20 euros more per night you can have so much better, since we atrived a day esrlier than planned, we stayed at a different hotel 500m distance, paid around 20 euroes more for a room / 2 people, and the difference was monumental. Also the hygene is questionable, there was a cockroach in the bathroom st night.

It was a really confortable stay, the staff was extremely nice and here if you needed anything. The facilities with the jacuzzi and pool with the sea view were amazing.
The only thing I missed was a pan in the kitchen, the gas was there but without a pan can not do much. As well some cloth for the kitchen and liquid to clean the dishes.

It was a shame it was low season and not all the facilities were open.

The wifi was really bad and no signal in the room. There was no warm water in the bathroom in the morning
