About this apartment rental

Situated just a short drive from the coastal town of Moraira, this modern villa is a great base for a family stay on the Costa Blanca. You’ll need a car to reach the beach and explore the local area, but you’ll also have fabulous sea views to take advantage of back home. Our eye was immediately drawn to the outdoor areas – hello, private pool – and the villa's stylish and light-filled interiors are the icing on the cake. There are some steep stairs to climb inside, though – it may not suit guests with reduced mobility. Home truths: *This home is spread across two floors with no internal lift – it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility *You'll have your own private entrance here, as well as a fully fenced garden *Though there isn't a dedicated desk, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace *Please note that children will need to be supervised around the swimming pool *We recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay – there's free parking on-site for up to two cars *If you're travelling by plane, the nearest airport is in Alicante
