Unforeseen and short, but comfortable, easy and felt like at home

Eric is a great and helpful host. I had to stay one night unexpectedly because my train got cancelled in Oberwesel. He is easy to contact, always available to check-in, the room and bathroom were super clean and comfortable. If you ever plan to stay there I would 100% recommend it.

Nie przyjeżdżajcie tu odradzam każdemu

W obiekcie nie było nic ciekawego oprócz gburowatego właściciela

Właściciel który straszył nas policją i wyznaczał godziny o których musimy być w obiekcie ponieważ jego psy wstają i szczekają-absurd, jesteśmy dorośli. Najgorszy apartament w jakim byłam. Zero prywatności.

Sve odlicno osim grejanja

Ovo je mogao da bude odlican smestaj. Cisto je, udobno, ima sve sto je potrebno za boravak, vlasnik je ljubazan, parking je ispred objekta i ima dovoljno mesta... Ali ako dolazite kada je napolju hladno obavezno proverite da li radi grejanje.

U objektu je bilo jako hladno. Napolju je nocu temperatura bila oko 0, preko dana nije prelazila 9 stepeni, a u objektu nije bilo nikakvog grejanja. U kupatilu je bilo kao u frizideru, tako da tusiranje nije dolazilo u obzir. Mozda je razlog tome to sto je naglo zahladnelo pa vlasnik nije bio spreman za promenu temperature, ali nama je ovo potpuno pokvarilo ugodjaj boravka. Takodje internet je jako los. Povremeno je bio dobar i odlicna brzina, ali vise nije radio nego sto jeste. Ali ovo je verovatno krivica provajdera i ne treba kriviti vlasnika. Svakako, grejanje je veliki propust. Posto smo bili na putu i obilazili vise mesta, jedva smo cekali da promenimo smestaj da se ugrejemo i istusiramo.

Netter und freundlicher Inhaber, gutes Frühstück... Wir waren nur eine Nacht da, aber auch für einen längeren Urlaub wäre die Unterkunft absolut zu empfehlen!

Nocleg na jedną noc :)

Właściciel bardzo kontaktowy i sympatyczny. Komunikacja bez problemu w języku angielskim, parę słów po polsku.:) Utrzymana czystość. Dostęp do kuchni. Pokój przestronny. Na jedną noc.

Wspólna łazienka na zbyt wiele osób, które zajmowały sąsiadujące pokoje. Dość głośno, zwłaszcza, gdy na tym samym piętrze znajdują się malutkie dzieci. Ściany nie są wyciszone. Komfort porównywalny z warunkami domowymi 😀 Na jedną noc optymalnie. Na dłużej- to zależy od pozostałych gości.

Great accessible clean place, value for money

Eric is a great host. The rooms are spacious. The location is just easy few turns from highway. The views from either sight of valley are worth the treks/ drives & Eric was great to mention the right spots given the warm sunny days we had. There are Bathrooms are on each floor, so even though its shared but its very much private. Obviously you gotta get used to staying in someone's house along with other guests. But Eric does his job nicely to make everyone comfortable

Superb

We stayed in a spacious family room. Good beds and a nice atmosphere. The host was very friendly, with a good sense of humor. We had a lovely stay. (And the dogs are adorable)

A great place to stay try to stay for two or three days at least one night is not enough

We stayed here for one night on our way to visit friends in Thuringer and then go down to Bavaria however we were so impressed with Neiderburger Herberge that we changed our plans and came back and stayed for another four nights. Eric the owner is fantastic we felt so welcome that it was like staying with very good friends.The room was spacious and well furnished and the bathroom was superb.There is a beautiful kitchen/diner which we made very good use of.The village and the surrounding area is great and we thoroughly enjoyed the four days we were there it is an area of outstanding beauty and interesting places to visit.so much so that we intend to come back next year and stay for longer. Eric is without doubt one of the most laid back informative interesting and kind people we have been lucky enough to meet. I could not recommend a stay here more highly it is supurb

Very nice bed and breakfast! We stayed for one night with our boys (2 and 4) and they were thrilled about the swimming pool, trampoline and two sweet dogs. Our host was very hospitable and we enjoyed some good conversation. Definitely recommend going here!

Exceptional

The owner Eric is very nice and friendly guy. We were invited to use large and spacious kitchen to cook our food and use his garage to store our bike. It was a great pleasure to have a chat with him. During our 20 days trip in Germany I've seen 20 different apartments and memories about this particular place brings me very warm feelings.

Disappointing

Affordable location from which to visit the towns along the Rhine.

Our door couldn’t even close let alone lock. We were given a door stop to put against the door so it didn’t just fall open. Raised our concerns with the owner who was otherwise friendly but he didn’t seem to understand how unacceptable it is to not have a working door.

Eric is a truly wonderful host staying in his great house is an experience not to be missed.A spacious bedroom magnificent bathroom and shower. very comfortable bed.Have already booked for another three nights next week it feels like we are going to stay with an old friend.Could not recommend more highly

Great value for money

Everything was great! Very friendly and responsive host took care of the seamless check-in. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom and hallways were clean and bright. It was very quiet so that we could have a good night's sleep. The surroundings are beautiful, so make sure you drive/hike around.

Great for social people for short stays

The house belongs to a very open, flexible guy who also lives there. He is managing it very well, provides nice breakfast and gives tips for your stay. The family room is very spacious and there are lots of stuff for kid's to have fun. Easy-going place, very good location to visit the Rhein valley.

The house has 4 rooms accomodating about 12 guests and there are 2 bathrooms. In the morning this is a bit limited. Even though everything has just been renovated and looks good, the doors are very thin and don't close well thus allowing noise.

We arrived very late and had to leave very fast. The host was very helpful the entire time. The facilities were all clean and comfortable. Everything worked great, although we our stay was very short.

There was nothing that we didn't like. Perhaps that we could stay a bit longer.
