お陰様でルクソールで最高の時間を過ごすことができました。オモランさん、シャールさん、モシさん、ハムザさん、皆さんには感謝です。フレッシュマンゴージュースのおもてなし、朝食サービスの充実、お部屋の無料アップグレード、格安ツアー手配、挙げればきりがありませんが、今回2泊させていただき、充実したルクソール滞在となりました。この価格であのお部屋とあの朝食サービスはなかなか見つからないでしょう。日本の方にはおすすめしたいです。

強いて言うなら立地。基本タクシー移動だったのであまり気にならなかった要素ではありますが、個人移動をするなら西側にあるのでやや不便かもしれません。

文句の付けようがなく、あらゆる面で最高水準ですとても強いWi-Fi、サブスクやYouTubeが見放題のテレビ、温かいシャワー、清潔で広いベッド朝にはジュースにコーヒーをサーブしてくれて、お弁当まで持たせてくれました朝から組んでいたツアー会社がひどいところで、少々問題をかかえましたが、若いスタッフがコンタクトを取って送り届けてくれました彼にチップをあげたかったので、必ずまた来ます周辺にあるテベスレストランは200EGPで腹一杯食えるし、ハマダ商店では水やジュースを含めて5本買って80EGP まわりも最強なので結局かなりのおすすめです

Welcoming.

The best experience with hotel so far in my trip to Egypt, because of the price I expected less but everything is very clean and with all the accomodations. Omar and Hamza have been very helpful in everything, I felt like home.

非常不错，抱歉我忙于处理一些事情晚了评价，但是只要你来，你就会发现这个地方物超所值！！员工都非常友好，鲜榨的番石榴汁真的超级好喝，去了埃及其他城市也没有喝到那么好喝的番石榴汁！而且酒店异常的干净！真的物超所值家人们！

再附上图片来评论，首先这里的员工都非常好，也希望他们能保持这样的状态，在埃及遇到了一些不好的体验，但是这家店的员工却给了我埃及温暖的一面，当然还是要在这里告诉大家来旅游的还是要提高警惕。员工很好我多住了一晚，下次有机会还来希望那时候他们还是保持初心。

Totalmente recomendado

El alojamiento es muy cómodo y tranquilo, la habitación es limpia y tiene espacio más que suficiente para organizar tus cosas. Las 4 noches que pasamos en este alojamiento pudimos dormir muy bien. El baño tiene ducha con cortina, agua caliente, secador de pelo y artículos de aseo personal. El desayuno también es muy completo y sabroso (omelette, falafel, pan egipcio, mermelada, te, etc.) y los chicos siempre están pendiente de si uno necesita algo. Queda a 5 minutos caminando del ferry público que cobra solo 10 LE por persona para cruzar al otro lado y alrededor hay muchos restaurantes para comer, negocios y cajeros. Si vuelvo a Luxor de todas maneras volvería a hospedarme en este lugar.

Incroyable gentil propre

Le personnel était incroyablement gentil, des amours, tout était parfaitement propre, il nous a préparer le petit déjeuner à emporter alors qu’on partais à 6h du matin pour l’aéroport, ils étaient accueillant souriants, les lieux sont parfaitement propre, on était très fatigué en arrivant ils nous ont offert des boissons et ont porter nos bagages jusqu’à la chambre, vraiment coup de coeur n’hésitez pas

Great stay with great people

Very nice place, well located in Luxor. Just a few minutes walking from the restaurants and the ferry boat to cross the Nile. The kindness of Nasser and all the staff has been the highlight of our stay there. Very nice and helping people. They gave us a good room and made easy our stay in Luxor. Thanks for everything !!

Great wifi, showers, location, and staff.

Out of my 4 accommodations in egypt, this one had hands down the best showers, wifi, and beds. The staff is super nice and forthcoming, even prepared a welcome drink when I arrived. Everything is fairly new and really clean. Location is only a few minutes from the private ferry port which was super practical for arrival and departure. Great breakfast too.

Truly the worst I’ve ever been treated, and I travel a lot. The manager Nasser will treat you well cause he wants to sel

room was spacious and big, smelling good, staff was kind and helpful (excluding the manager Nasser)

Bad wifi, rude manager, poor English, shower is hot for no more than 4 minutes and they act like your parents every time you go out asking where are you going and the manager even sent a boy to follow us saying that we couldn’t go alone cause it was so dangerous etc, ALL because they want tip, sell taxi or something so you feel in a hustle even inside this hotel. my experience: I booked this place because me and my husband work from home so we need wifi and this place has a great score for wifi, this was the main reason I booked. Since day 1 the wifi was really bad but we didn’t say nothing. On the second day it got worse and wasn’t working not even to send a message without waiting for 10 minutes or google search for example. I then sent a message to the manager who gave me his whatsapp as soon as we checked in and said that if I needed something to text him. On the next day I needed to work and I was really concerned so I told him “hey, I think there’s something wrong with the internet cause it’s not working at all, can you try to maybe restart or something?” and sent him a few screenshots of our mobiles and also the tv not loading apps so he could see what was going on, I went to sleep and on the next day I woke up with him TALKING TO ME LIKE THIS AND SAYING “WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH MY TV????” TVS DONT USE WIFI YOURE NOT IN AMERICA THIS IS EGYPT!!”. First of all, it was a 45” Smart Samsung with Netflix logged in, I don’t know why he said it didn’t use wifi but ok. I didn’t even know what to say and I’m here in egypt for 25 days already so I knew it wasn’t something from egypt. Then the owner texted me and started saying that their internet was perfect and this was a problem of restriction in some apps, trying to fool me, not even google was working, NOTHING!

Beyond Expectations: A Priceless Experience at an Affordable Hotel

My stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations – a perfect haven in every aspect. Remarkably, the top-class service and luxurious ambiance felt like a steal at such an affordable price. It was as if I had entered an expensive five-star retreat. The staff, treating me like family, elevated the experience. Special kudos to Umran, the driver, whose assistance extended beyond the reasonable tours, going above and beyond in every aspect of my stay—from navigating streets to purchasing train tickets, easing the language barrier. Nasser, the manager, consistently checked in to ensure my satisfaction. Another staff member even went out of their way to take me to a nearby pizza shop at night when I expressed hunger. This hotel offered not just accommodation but a truly exceptional and caring experience.

Harika çalışanlar, temiz ve konforlu bir otel

Moon House'un bütün çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ederim, çok ilgili her konuda yardım etmek için ellerinden geleni yapan bir ekip vardı. Otele vardığımız ilk gece saat çok geç olmasına rağmen bizi bekleyip karşılayan arkadaşlar çok kibardı. Kahvaltı, otelin temizliği, wifi, konum herşey çok iyiydi. Odadaki eşyalar yeniydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim tekrar Luxor'a yolum düşerse konaklamaktan zevk alacağım

Très bon séjour

Séjour très agréable, Nasser et nos autres hôtes ont été très sympa merci à eux. Nous avons eu un petit déjeuner très bon et complet. Notre chambre était très propre, la maison est bien entretenue et très bien situé. Merci encore!

Hermoso lugar

La habitacion es enorme todo nuevo, limpio cerca del ferry publico. Los anfitriones se portaron espectacular nos dieron jugito, frutas, nos fueron a buscar y a dejar al ferry todo sin cobro extra. A pesar de hablar solo español nos pudimos entender perfecto. Esta el almacen hamada market que nos cobraron lo mismo que a los locales.

Dieses Hotel besitzt alles was das Herz begehrt: einen hohen Hygienestandart, eine moderne und doch charmante Innenausstattung, ein reichhaltiges Frühstück, einen sehr guten Standort, einen idyllischen Garten, viele sightseeing-angebote und last but not least sympathische sowie hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to make sure my stay was the best possible. They can arrange touristic events if one desires. My favorite thing was they would check when I would like breakfast. It's prepared when you are ready. It is a safe and clean environment. 2 pet cats on premises.

1. The staff: They are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was incredible in terms of quantity and quality! They never charge us for any drinks! They never ask for tips. They are also honest ( my friend lost her hat, and they found it for her) 2. The room was huge, and the fridge was huge, which allowed me to store drinks and food for the trip.

The WiFi signal was not good most of the time.

It was perfect.

Nasser is the absolute best host you can possibly find. He really cares about his guests, helps out whenever and for whatever he can and is so kind, I‘ve not experienced that yet. He even picked me up from the other side of the Nile with a boat at 2am in the morning to make sure I get home safely.

Great as always

This is the third time I have stayed at the moon hotel and, as always, my expectations have been fully met. Nasser is a polite and courteous host who is very concerned about the welfare of his guests. The breakfast, especially the omelet, is outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful time at this beautiful hotel. I always enjoy coming back to luxor.

Hospitality, quality & location 10/10

Thank you to the owner for organising transfers to the house and keeping good communication with me whilst I updated her on flight delays! Nassur (the host) was incredible! He made sure I enjoyed every part of my stay - from arranging/planning activities with me to making the most delicious breakfast! He also kept me feeling extra safe (when I would get lost, I would just ring him and he would try to find me). The most honest man you’ll meet in Luxor! The room was also very big, spacious and super clean. The air con was amazing considering the 45 degree weather during my stay, this place felt like an oasis! The water pressure was great and also they provide hair dryer. This is honestly the best stay in Luxor, for me! I met some friends in Luxor from the tour and brought them to the house to show how amazing it was and they were so jealous they didn’t find this upcoming gem! Thank you so much for such an amazing stay in Luxor

great location on the west side of the bank! clean and massive room. my partner was sick during our stay here so spent a lot of time at the property. couldn’t have been looked after enough. host always checking in on us. very friendly. felt like we left with a friend. Wi-Fi was also great! loved sitting in the balcony

Best guesthouse in Luxor

There is no doubt that Moon House is value for money, it's one of the best guesthouses in Luxor in my opinion. It's a beautiful, well maintained guesthouse and it's in the perfect location. The area is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle but in 5minutes walking distance to the Nile, restaurants and shops. What stood out for me is how clean and well kept everything is as well as the great service. Nassir the host of Moon House made sure that I had everything I needed and that I was comfortable. The mornings were the best, you could order some breakfast and enjoy it on the balcony of your room, taking in the view. Wonderful, relaxing and peaceful. Nassir explained to me why they chose to call the place Moon House, it's because you have the perfect view of the moon from the guesthouse in the evenings😄. Wonderful! I definitely enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect, there is nothing I can say that I didn't like.
