Will book again… EXCEPTIONAL!

The property was absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious, and the location was perfect!

I didn’t dislike anything. Although there isn’t an elevator to maneuver in the building. Walking up and down the stairs, provided a great opportunity for me to stretch my legs.

Spectacular! 1000 ⭐️’s

This place was absolutely spectacular!!! The location was perfect, the apartment itself was so clean and very welcoming. It was very close to Rittenhouse Square which was beautiful! Parking was a struggle but there’s a parking garage right down the street that will keep your car until you leave. It’s not super expensive but that depends on how you look at it. We dropped it off on Friday and picked it up Sunday morning and it was $117. But I promise you that it is worth it. We chose to take a Lyft to one of the locations but we chose to walk the entire city instead to get the full experience. If we go back which we plan to, this is the only place we will stay!! The host- this has been by far the best experience with a host we have ever had. We travel a few times a year and they responded quickly and very professionally. They checked on us at times and made sure we knew how to operate the key pad to entry. Wonderful people and company! If I could give 1000 stars I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great for a short visit to the city

It was a great location and lots of space.

Limited towels available for 4 people. White bed sheets and towels had stains on them. Checkout time at 10am was much too early.

Exceeded every expectation

Honestly it’s one my favourite places I’ve ever stayed. The appartement is gorgeous, clean and equipped with everything you’d need. The bed was super comfy. The location was perfect, basically everything in walking distance and such a cute neighbourhood. Staff was super friendly, it exceeded all my expectations, I would 100% stay here again in the future.

We had a perfect stay in Philadelphia seeing sights and relaxing in our accommodation!

BEAUTIFUL! Perfectly located, so clean, well decorated, wonderful linens, and very comfortable beds and furniture!

It was a pleasant stay and on site team did communicate and react very well.

Beautiful rooms, very nicely furnitured. Hight rooms and well kept place. Nice area, close by bus stop. Well equiped with all that is needed for a few days or longer.

There are supposed to be beds for 5, one of which is the living room sofa. It is actually a seperat bed, which is ok. However the main room (kitchen, living room) has no 'black-out' curtains. It stays light all night. Same goes for the downstaires rooms, there is a lot of light getting in from the street. Also the AC cannot be adjusted individually and is super loud and blows heavily in the whole appartement. For the light in the downstaires rooms a solution was found with the onsite team for the second night.

Fantastic! Will totally book again

Fantastic property! Location is great with everything within walking distance. The flat was in pristine condition very comfortable to work from home - great internet- and also fabulous to explore the city

Loved it!

Loved the location and the availability of parking options. Lots of great restaurants and room was stocked with more than I expected.

No staff on site but I understand it's an apartment complex. Everyone was extremely helpful and all questions were answered quickly. Will definitely book again.

Pretty much perfect

This property was beautiful, spacious, and in a great location. Loved our stay there.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Everything was pretty much perfect. The only very minor recommendations would be for an extra mirror in at least one of the bedrooms, as traveling with teen girls almost necessitates it. Also maybe just wall plug ins or other deodorizer for a fresher smell

We would absolutely stay here again in the future

Amazing location, beautiful interior. We were very comfortable. Staff was very quick to respond.

Parking was a bit tricky to find, but we used an app to park for the duration of our stay

I would definitely stay there again, but I don’t think my partner, who walks with a cane, would want to.

It was very clean and comfortable. Keyless entry. Good bed. Lots of places to eat in the neighborhood and small groceries are nearby.

The apartment was on the second floor, and the stair rail was low in spots for one of us with limited mobility. The tub could use a mat to be less slippery and a grab bar. The kitchen/ living room could use a small table & 2 chairs. (The picture seems to show one that isn’t there. )
