Very friendly staff and helpful. Rooms are clean they have platform beds. But other than that it was an excellent stay.

We booked for a 1 night stay. Our non-smoking room had an overwhelming aroma of smoke upon entering the room. The television also did not work. We walked to the front desk because no-one answered when I called the 1st time. We met the maintenance man and front desk clerk of the patio smoki g and voiced the concern of the room conditions. We asked of we could relocate to another room and they responded that all the tvs were the same in each room. The assured us that someone would come fix our tv. We waited for another 15 mins before calling front desk again about the tv. The front desk told me to give him another 10 mins. After those 20 mins passed, I contacted hotels.com about our check-in and miraculously, maintenance showed up to finally fix the tv. After that, we were serenaded all night by our neighbors, it finally got quiet around 3am. Horrible stay!

Everything went well it's a motel 6 but was actually better than most I've stayed at no big issues in my room everything worked good did have to open the door and burn off the heater but that's to be expected after summer staff was great if stay again

There was a crack at the bottom of my door and i killed 2 roaches. My best friend said motel 6 where they leave the lights on for the roaches and BAM the next morning roach in the bathroom shower and sink

Tv was not working, staff have no manners. Had to stand outside to talk with receptionist. Could not get extra pillows. No place to eat...sorry dont believe in reviews, but I have to leave one

Giant, poorly patched and unfinished hole in wall, stains on the sheets, smashed mirror on back of bathroom door, drain olug just sitting in tub (supposed to be installed in drain), litterly just a tiny bad bar of soap, EVERY button worn our and no labeling of hvac control, door closes but there's a half inch gap that light and sounds pours in through and lots of play in it. People live there (that's fine, people have hard times) but be prepared for them to have their children running around shouting a lot.

I was really not a fan of M-6 but decided to stay there because i was traveling alone without the family and it was only for one overnight stay. I am happy I did. My stay was very good. I was delightfully surprised. The room and staff was nice. I really loved when the front desk called to check and make sure all was okay. It was good stay!

It's Motel 6, you get what you pay for. The mattresses were hard but surprisingly comfortable for myself and my son. Slept really well. It's a decent motel. No frills.

I had special requests bc of serious back issues & requested special rm with the bf to feel safe. They emailed me BK immediately they were giving me what I asked for then after checking in which was great experience, he was so respectful then the wf called my room in a few mins to see that I was ok. Also serious Abt such an Awesome bed!! I want to know how to get one. Many thanks for your kindness!!

The room was horrible Ive never asked for a refund but I did and was refused. There was roaches in the bathroom and by refrigerator. Towels werent clean had hair on them. Sheets and covers werent washed from before so we slept ontop of them because we had no choice. Non-Refundable room. We had to put 100$ deposit down which was outrageous. There customer service was horrible!! I was embarrassed because i booked the room for out of town guest working in the area. We left very early couldnt sleep! I would really apprecitate a full refund but was told it had to go thru Hotels.com they were not responsible for refunds. Again I hate complaining but this was too much not too.

I was impressed with the cleanliness & not one roach! Check in was easy peasy & quick. Very pleasant front desk clerk. Whenever I have to pack up for the night, this is where I'm heading.

It was good had trouble with reservations dept booking on Thursday afternoon with over charges very unhappy with that bc the previous nights stay was charged something totally different so canceled fot Thursday night 16th. Unless I am refunded those charges I will not use your services ever again and will tell all my friends not to

Hi, this is what we thought about our stay there. First off, the price that we saw online isn't what we were charged - they charged us more than online price. My husband gave the hotel clerk $100 cash for our deposit and come to find out, THE MOTEL CHARGED MY CARD TWICE AND NOW THEY'RE GIVING ME PROBLEMS REFUNDING MY MONEY THAT THEY NEVER SHOULD HAVE!!!! Run Tell That- lastly, if you pull the covers back on the bed, you'll find cigarettes burns spots, spots of old urine on the mattresses and most sheets had stains too

They had an infestation of little roaches. There were burn holes and stains all over the covers and towels. The sink leaked really bad. The housekeepers were rude and I ended up having to leave an hour earlier than check-out because they rushed me out of my room. Also, when I got there it didn't look clean and the toilet was dirty and stained and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.

The location was convenient but is not a location I would stay at for more than 1 night. Room was very spacious ( because minimal furniture, No desk, no chair or couch) Bring your own towels because theirs are old, stained, and cheap (course) Pool is now a cement patio that is blocked off so cannot use (not that I wanted to)

Everything was ok until management tried to say I stole the towels in the room. I checked-in for a few hours and when I woke up and decided to shower, I saw I only had the bath mat. I called the front desk and the rep got an attitude and said that there was absolutely no way the housekeeper didn’t put towels in there. I had no complaints about cleanliness…I just needed towels lol. No one is perfect and people make mistakes but accusing me of stealing .50 cent towels? Be for real….

The condition of my broom was awful. The ceiling had to split in it and was hanging down about 3 inches in two different spots about 3 foot long each. There was mold in the bathroom by the tub and the sink stopper was broken off sitting next to the tub. The door handle in the bathroom was about to fall off. The television was broken and had lines going up and down it. I told the front desk but they did not resolve the problem. I stayed for two nights and told them two times I know it was only approximately $60 a night, but I would rather have stayed somewhere else. The bed was also very soft and uncomfortable.

They told me my credit card declined and my reservation was canceled.. I didn’t know until I arrived and was charged full price for a room. I don’t know how my credit card didn’t go through. I thought when I made the reservation it was taken out of my account
