Welcome to Laguna Terrace on Cedar Creek Lake! This resort-style home is the perfect destination for your lakeside getaway. Bring your family and friends, the home easily accommodated up to 20 guests.
The lagoon-inspired double pool is the highlight of this beautiful property! The waterslide helps make it an unforgettable experience! Swim up to the outdoor bar area that is part of the stunning outdoor kitchen and living area of the cabana. The small refrigerator and icemaker will help keep your drinks cold and convenient all day long! The television will help you keep up with the big game while enjoying lake
life. And the attached bathroom will mean you may never go inside the house!
If you are bringing your favorite grill master, the property has both a gas grill on the back porch and a smoker in the cabana available for your use. And if that isn’t all, the pool area has two different lounging areas with fire pits. Both are available for your use.
Believe it of not, this property also has a sandy beach area on the lake for your use. Enjoy the private cove that is near the open water of the lake. The property has two kayaks that you can use and it’s the perfect way to explore the lake. If the sandy beach isn’t enough, try swimming, fishing, and sunbathing on the private dock that is also available for your use. If you are bringing your watercraft during your
stay, you are free to tie up at the dock.
At the end of a perfect day outside, come on in to this beautiful home to relax with your family and friends! The back porch is ideal for outdoor eating with both a small refrigerator and gas grill conveniently available. Our whole family had the most wonderful birthday celebration! This lake house is like a resort and has every amenity you can imagine. The property is spectacular and the house was perfect! Everything was very clean and comfortable, we truly felt at home. We rented jet skis and everyone had so much fun. We all loved the pool slide, swim up bar, cabana, beach and fire pit! We made the most wonderful memories and are already planning a return trip. Morgan made our stay just perfect and was always available to answer any questions-best property manager ever! I ordered a card from Amazon, however it arrived just after we departed and she mailed it to me! The bed was so comfortable, I asked Morgan if she knew who made the mattress pad & she sent me the link on Amazon. I can’t say enough about the property and our stay, it was all wonderful!

This property has it all! Multiple families stayed for 4 nights with ages 5 - 41, all immensely enjoying themselves. There was enough room to spread out yet all eat dinner together too. The slide was a huge hit with both kids and adults! The owners have thought of everything from the sound systems to the TVs, to kayaks and the beach area. It is luxury lake living at its finest. You will not be disappointed if you book this place!

Each year we get the entire family to gather at a lake house for several days during July before all the kiddos have to head back to school. This year we chose your property. Everyone agreed that it was the best overall property we have stayed as of yet. And we have stayed at a couple of very nice ones. The close proximity to the lake and the neat edge at the water line made lake access very easy for all ages. There was a storm that came through and caused several electrical problems with all the tech that the house and pool have designed into them but, the host was very quick at getting the problems resolved and making sure we were satisfied. The owner also followed up and stayed on top of the situation. We will definitely try to be back next summer!

This is the second year that our family (from San Antonio, Dallas and Houston) has come together to spend family time together at Laguna Terrace. This house, the surrounding grounds, the two pools, the spa, the cabana, are just beyond words. You cannot go wrong renting this property. It is well worth the money. And best of all, the property manager, Morgan Hinkley, is just super. She responded to every question and request immediately. She is very personable and professional. The property has eight TVs which allow you to relax at the cabana or back deck while watching your favorite show (this weekend it was the Wimbledon tennis championships) or the living room or any bedroom. Laguna Terrance tops our list of VRBOs.

Clean, easy check in. Morgan was fantastic/so very helpful. Amazing property inside and out! So many things to do. Fishing, swimming, sliding, kayaking, corn hole, games, and playing on a sandy beach!! Great spaces for everyone ages 6-79. Our whole family enjoyed this resort feel. Just perfect.

I found this property while we were on our 2023 trip and thought it would be a great place for the eleven of us to go for 2024. Luckily it was available for the date we wanted. The minute we walked into the door we were in awe, but when we went out to the backyard we were totally blown away by the landscaping. The slide was a big hit with the grandkids and I lost count of how many times they went up and down. The pavilion was wonderful, plus it had an ice maker with crushed ice. The pictures of the property are quite accurate and the property manager is on top of things and responds quickly.

We drove 10 hours from Carlsbad, New Mexico to stay here! My parent's, both in their 60's, have very different ideas of vacation. My mom wants water front views and activities, whereas my dad wants to relax and be left to his own. This home provided exactly what we needed! This was the most magical place to stay. We ranged from 60 year olds to couples in their 40's and 30's, and kids from 13-2. There is something for everyone to do here! The endless spaces in the home, outside with the pools, kayaks, beach, and fishing, we were never bored! Kids swam in the 2 different pools and hot tub all day! The water slide was the cherry on top! We had lunch everyday in the cabana and were truly able to all have a great time! Property outside was a little disheveled from the storms and manager and owner came over and made sure proper accommodations were made. We can't say enough about this amazing space. We plan to do this every year!

The pools and cabana at this property are better than most resorts! We had an amazing time. One bedroom is a pass through to the bunk room, so it is not very private but worked fine for our group of grandparents, parents, and kids.

We had a large party of friends and family. 9 adults aged 73-40 and 9 children aged 10-14. The property was plenty spacious and everyone commented about how it felt more like a resort than a vrbo. There were so many fun places for people to gather and visit. The kids never once let the words "I'm bored" escape their lips. They fished off the boat dock finding cat fish liked cheese the best. They boated around the inlet in the kayaks. Played on the slide and had fun games of volleyball in the pool. There was so much to do we never even took out the corn hole games. Adults gathered in the hot-tub and outdoor kitchen. The bedrooms and accommodations were very comfortable. The technology for running everything had a definite learning curve but fortunately the property manager was always available to help with any of that. No one wanted to leave and there was truly no need to be anywhere else. This place had it all. Highly recommend it.

Amazing property! Outdoor space is gorgeous and pools were so fun for the kids and adults. The slide entertained the kids for hours. Kids loved having their own space in the bunk room. Kitchen and living space were perfect for our family of 13! We definitely will be planning another stay and will add a couple more days next time! Such a special weekend with our 3 sons, daughter-in-laws and precious grands!

There are no words to describe the beauty of this house, yard, pools and landscaping! We had 14 family members and all of us were thrilled with our stay. The slide in the rocks and both pools were fun for everyone. Every detail has been taken care of - from a huge chest of beach towels, smore sticks at the fireplace, a big chest of pool floats, great grills on the porch and in the cabana - the cabana also has an outside shower and a full inside bathroom. Morgan, the host, was a joy to work with and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Our family wants to make this wonderful place an annual affair.

This home is a great place for family. Fishing off the dock in the morning, playing in the pool all day and the gas fire pit at night. We loved having the volleyball net and the water slide brought shouts of joy. The house was so well stocked with all the necessities and the trunk full of beach towels was great. One of the two kayaks developed a leak, but Morgan, the property manager, responded with a new kayak at the front door the very next morning. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the two swimming pools, the cabana, the covered patio, the beach and the boat dock.

We loved everything during our vacation here! The house was neat and tidy, and the owner gave us thorough directions on how to use all the TV, WiFi, remotes, and other items in the house. It was very spacious and the beds were extremeley comfortable. The backyard was incredible. Both firepits had nice seating and came supplied. The pool was stunning and the kids had fun all day with the slide, water toys, and volleyball net. The seating in and around the pool and at the bar was very useful along with the TV and speaker system outside. We thank the awesome host for our amazing stay. She was very kind and offered much assistance if we ever needed it. She also very generously supplied the bathroom and kitchens with many items that came in handy (burn cream, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.) We thank her greatly for sharing her beautiful house and allowing us to have an amazing vacation! We loved it!!

This property has everything you need! We stayed with 4 families from ages 2-55 and had plenty of room! The pool is amazing! We had so much fun on the slide and swimming up to the bar! If you have a boat there is a nearby neighborhood boat ramp and some boating whips on the dock to use. It was a perfect time! None of us wanted to leave! We will be back soon!

A beautiful home with everything you need for a great vacation. We were a large group with 4 generations and everyone had such a great time! The water slide was a big hit. We played water volleyball, played in the sand on the beach, enjoyed music and food pool side, smores on the firepit, coffee on the porch while watching the hummingbirds and ducks in the beautifully landscaped yard. Worked on our tans while relaxing on floats, fished off the dock, played darts and washers, (there were lots of other games we didn't even get to). Night swimming was great because of the great lighting all around and in the pools. It truly was a great experience for everyone in our group. We are ready to start planning our next trip here.

We were little hesitant earlier when we booked the house because the property looks so beautiful but still there were no reviews. Later we came to know that this property is new and just open for the guest. We had so much fun at the house. The swimming pools is clean with all the needed fun equipment around for kids and looks much more beautiful in nights light. The best vacation place ever. Will definitely be back again. And saving best for last, the owner is super helpful and always available to help you out if you need anything anytime. Thank you so much for best experience.
