- Fully equipped modern open kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, hood, induction hob, filter and pod coffee makers (Tassimo), microwave, mini-oven, etc.), - Bathroom with Italian shower, WC and washing machine (electric towel dryer and hair dryer), - Possible garage access to store bicycles or beach games, First floor : - Access landing to the bedrooms which gives access to the large terrace (60m²), - A bedroom for 2 people with a 140x190cm bed and connected flat screen TV, - A bedroom for 2 people with 2 beds 90x190cm, connected flat screen TV and terrace access, - Separate toilets. Private garden furniture for the garden and the terrace. Deckchairs available. Charcoal barbecue. Private parking space in front of the gite with video surveillance. Access to the beach at 200m and local shops at 50m on foot. Hiking circuits from the gîte along the cliffs (GR 21). The house has been renovated with taste and modernity by the owners who will be happy to welcome you and advise you on the many tourist attractions nearby (Le Tréport, Dieppe, Mers-les-Bains...). You will particularly appreciate the preserved architectural heritage of the village with its period villas and its two beaches (Criel-sur-Mer and Mesnil-Val) surrounded by the highest chalk cliffs in Europe. A few local shops (bakery, hairdresser, grocery store) are accessible 50m on foot from the gîte and 3 restaurants are 200m away (supermarket 3km away). Ground floor : - Entrance leading to bright living room with kitchen open to living room, - Comfortable living room with sofa, armchair, heated electric fireplace and flat screen TV overlooking the enclosed garden,
