Mr Ahmed stay Limak Atlantis

Customer service / reception was really good and helpful. Especially front office Manager Ramazan who ensured me and my family had the best experience during our stay. I really appreciate his efforts.

The all inclusive main restaurant had the same food everyday. They should provide a variety and different food during the week. Also, when ordering drinks which are not included in the all inclusive menu, it takes a long time to be served.

You will have a good vacation with your family.

Most of the guests are from Europe, very friendly staff and tries to help in any case. Meals are very delicious and very good drinks. We went there with 2 kids and spent wonderful time all together. As they entertain not only kids but adults as well.

Great staff, on the reception Mr. Ali is an added asset for the hotel. He helped us all the time, he was very insightful and helped in every regard we reached him about. The rooms are clean, Mrs. Aminah was in charge and she is not regular boss who is doing her work and that's it, no, she is an artistic women. The dinning room staff were giving a gret service with a big smile 😊. Really we loved the place and the people. I highly recommend it.

During the winter time the cold air condition is not working only on warm mode. There is a fan in the room but not enough of you got heated up! Maybe needs some diversity in the recipes offered at the lunch and dinner.

Off-season family holiday

Great food options, and perfectly acceptable levels of service. Excellent selection of cakes in the La Pattiserie cafe. Lots of communal seating areas and the hotel played the World Cup Final in its conference/meeting room where we watched the game with many other guests and a great atmosphere.

No female only spaces. The Hotel markets itself as muslim-friendly, but my wife and daughters did not have access to a female-only swimming area during their stay.

Ok-ish

- clean - confy beds(2 were hard, the double was softer so we could choose according to our likeing) - good managing when needed (changed my room upon check in as I wanted another one and they immediately presented an alternative wich we picked) - most staff would speak english even a little - great mini-bar refill - the shows (when they were on) were good - main stage - good childrens corner/play area - great entertainment during the day - about 4 + rounded above covered pools - great to keep away from the strong sun at hot hours - sandwich bar by main pool+ snack bar at the beach(hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, chips + fruits; small deserts = puddings; ketchup,mayo) - bars - pie corner where the ladies would do sugar,cheese,mince pies 11-17 - water all over , bottled, in fridges - ayran at pie corner(by the pool with the slides, in the shadows of tall trees) + at main bar - restaurant by the pool (great if you want to be at the pools all day and have a quick snack or even a meal : has got pizza, meat, veggies(fresh + cooked), fruits, rice, pasta sometimes, dessert - pastries room with great desserts 14-17.00 - great coffee here - grill outside - great cooked bread (outside of main restaurant) - good kids aqua park (although not handy for going to restaurant / ice cream /etc - you have to go round a lot) - a lot of chaise-longs everywhere - beach+pools - thanks to Madame Selma for the swan and flower(towels) basket in our room! Amazing! - enough toiletries and refilled upon need, withouth asking - we stayed for 10 days and they needed several refills. - great bubble pools ( sometimes don’t work)

- NO INFORMATION whatsoever upon arrival about the hotels facilities- this is a huge minus to the management team! Sugestion: print a map and explain what snack-bar/bar/restaurant has what during what hours and where they are! We had to go around and look for everything and by the time we discovered everything there were like 4-5 days that passed. Even now, I have no idea if there is a doctors office in the premises. A resort that respects itself and its guests would provide such information upon check in! - slippery surface around pools + at icecream bar ( very dangerous so keep safe, not once I have seen kids fall ) - not cleaning the outside toilet to thoroughly ( the staff pushed the water from the floor - that had also pee drops and all that is usually on a bathroom floor - to the sewage and I have never seen them also use a mop with bleach - HUGE MINUS) - not hoovering the inside of rooms - the sand remains. - food very very very repetitive and reinvented ( just stay away of the spicy food and food with sauces - they hide yesterdays unused meats!!) - not enough staff for the omlets in the morning or for the pancakes. Some staff had nothing to do and the 2 handling omlets and pancakes could barely breath! - very bad juices at the machines, just avoid! Also at the table in the main restaurant sometimes I thought they serve water from the tap, not bottled - just bring your waters from outside fridges - no themed evening in the restaurant - too many spiced food - just leave them with no spices and the ones that need a bit of a hot kick could just put jalapenos or something else in theirs - we had to fish the peppers from salads, we rarely saw red/yellow peppers just cut - coffee at the main restaurant is bad. Just use the downstairs bar or the pastries room for a better coffee. - improve your salads! You have a lot of guests from west/eastern europe. We eat salads! - horrible potatoes salad with mustard! Why would you put mustard in it???

I sure liked the animation and entertainment. The animation team go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. I think the animation team deserve a huge bonus for all the efforts they put.. Also, there are many activities for babies and children. We also received an upgrade because we didnt like the room we initially booked at all. The upgrade made a huge difference with a sea view .. the hot food and cheese bureks were outstanding as well, the mexican themed buffet was amazing!

The cleanliness was a bit disappointing, the buffet offered so many options but we couldn't enjoy any of the options that were not covered because of the many flies. It seemed that the management did something to fix this problem as I saw less towards the end of our stay. The housekeeping also didnt do a good job cleaning the room as expected.

everything was great, the food is tasty, nice attractions at the pool area, i do recommend the hotel for a family stay.

only one thing should work on it ASA, the air conditioner, it’s not cooling enough the room especially at evening time, not only in the room, in all hotel places

Amazing Hotel - Fantastic Value

Staff is amazing. Drinks were wonderful. Very fun place for families. True low-stress all-inclusive. Will definitely return.

Kids club was pretty bad - not designed for kids under 6. Staff is nice enough but the activities are sedentary and competitive. It’s 90% kids sitting in a circle and waiting to take turns. If you are 8 or so, it’s probably fun. Didn’t feel great about the Kids Club environment or the atmosphere. There are also a LOT of kids in there with very few staff on hand.
