There is a violation of $500 and or eviction if caught smoking, having parties or if condo is left with a smoke odor.
Guests must be 21 years or older to rent. ID WILL BE CHECKED UPON ARRIVAL
Anyone under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
***NOTICE BEFORE BOOKING!***THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL ONE TIME FEE BETWEEN $75.00 -$105.00 DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF BEDROOMS. Fee is $75 for a one bedroom, $90 for a two bedroom $105 for a 3 bedroom plus tax and fees. PER RESERVATION, NOT PER PERSON. FEE IS FOR 2 PARKING PASSES AND WRISTBANDS FOR THE WHOLE GROUP, FOR THE WHOLE STAY, PAID DIRECTLY TO THE HOA, SEPARATE FROM THE RESERVATION. GUEST MUST PRE- REGISTER ONLINE, WITH THE NAMES, AGES OF EACH GUEST AND VEHICLES MAKE AND MODEL BEFORE THE CHECK IN DATE, AND PICK THEM UP AT THE FRONT DESK AT CHECK IN. LINK TO THE REGISTRATION PORTAL WILL BE TEXTED TO GUEST UPON CONFIRMED RESERVATION. Please note, this price is subject to change, as it is set by the HOA of Laketown Wharf.
