OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

► PETS. Cats are not permitted, but up to two dogs under 50 lbs are welcome with a $150 pet fee. The fee will be added when the 'I am traveling with pets' option is selected in the Travelers section. No other pets. No puppies. Guests must assume financial responsibility for any damage due to pets ie cleaning, repair and replacement due to scratching, peeing/ excrement in the cabin etc. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home there is a fine of $500. Any questions, please reach out before booking.

► An initial set of supplies (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, paper towels, etc) are provided for your stay. Please note that we do not have a daily housekeeping service and will not be able to restock these supplies during your stay.

► Nearest grocery store is 10 mins away, marina is 25 mins away. Instacart delivery is available.

► We have a gravel driveway with a bit of incline. If you're unfamiliar with driving on gravel driveways, we recommend using a vehicle equipped with 4-wheel drive.

► Charcoal for grill is not provided.

► Guest agrees to take full responsibility regarding the safety of using the hot tub and supervising children at all times.

► We do not provide firewood, kindling or lighter for the Fire Pit. If there are any left in the house by previous guests, you are welcome to use them.

Location was great. Very quiet. But cleanliness of property was an issue. I paid a bit of money to have a weekend getaway then get to the property. Hardly any pots and pans to cook with. The very few that was there had food on them. Teflon coming off old pans. The cabinets/ on top of fridge was very dusty to where we didn’t want to cook on stove. We couldn’t get one of the TVs to work at all.(the host was communicating with us about the issue). Spider web and cob webs around sliding doors inside. Miniature pool table (some pictures look like a miniature others look like a real pool table). Also that was missing right size balls. Driveway is on a very steep incline with that has good size holes where it looks washed out. If you’re looking for this location we loved it. But the property it’s self for the money with everything that went on was not worth it.

Few nights, great time and so peacful! Clean bedding and clean bathrooms…. Was a plus. Close enough to explore Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I would recommend a new grill. The hot tub was well kept and very clean but was a small size…. 2 people. Thank you for having us, we left satisfied!!!!

It was exactly what we were looking for. Secluded enough not to be right ontop of another house/cabin, but also not too far from town. A perfect private getaway.

The cabin was great! However it was very dated and could have been more cleaned. Some of the dishes were dirty. The bathroom sink and tub were stained and were apparently clogged. Water slowly drained on both. Tried to unclog the sink and couldn’t. Had some bad smelling debris coming from the sink. For the price per night I expected a lot more. The over all condition of the cabin was ok.

The cabin was perfect for us as we went with close friends , 5 little girls in total who loved the loft area with bunk beds and a pull out sofa. It was a little bit of a drive to get to the marina for our day on lake Douglas and restaurants, with winding roads . We loved the fire pit where we made s’mores and sat and talked at night. We cooked a couple of meals in the kitchen and used the outdoor grill There was everything we needed. It’s definitely a perfect place for a quiet weekend away Elizabeth , the host was very helpful and the communication was always extremely fast and pleasant !

Where do I begin? The check in process was easy and efficient. The cabin was easy to locate and had its own driveway access. It was a little ways out of the way from the main part of Sevierville and Pigeon Forge area, but the drive was nice. I loved how private and secluded it was. The cabin was beautiful and clean and comfortable space. The atmosphere was welcoming and romantic for my husband and I. I loved the ambient lighting and natural light. Elizabeth’s communication made the stay all the more welcoming. At one point during our stay, a tree fell across the road and our power went out. I messaged Elizabeth and she provided local stations and emergency information so we could have an ETA for services to clear up. The power was back on and the road was opened back up within 2 hours. I can’t say enough for how great our stay was. I would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

We loved the cabin especially use of the fire pit, corn hole game and the loft. We would have liked to have lake access to swim. The marinas were all a 30 minute drive. But we did rent a boat for a few days which was wonderful.

My husband and I were happy to have a kid-free getaway and this hidden gem was perfect! It was quiet and secluded which is exactly what we were looking for. The host was kind and responsive. Our only “con” (which was our fault for not asking) was not having a dock to fish off of. The nearby lake access was only a boat ramp and we were looking to fish. Certainly not a make or break though! We had a great time :)
