在市中心，地理位置好，离各个观光点都不算远，加雅街步行距离；房型很好，每个窗户都能看到海

入住时等钥匙等了太久，明明已经提前告知到达时间，还是等了将近半小时；入住时房间里没有纸巾和一次性拖鞋，有洗衣机但是不提供洗衣液，这个也没有提前告知，建议写在入住说明中；厕所没有专门的浴室拖鞋，容易滑倒

1. The view is sooo nice. 2. Very comfortable n cozy. 3. Your smart tv n Internet is connected very well. 4. Lighting is good also. 5. The response from owner is very fast.

1. Cannot connect the WiFi 2. Sliperry floor (kitchen area). Sould be put your something drying cloth. Like front of bathroom also. 3. The smell of previous cooking is very strong. 4. I think the mattress should be change with the more soft one. 5. Sounds n peoples voice is so strong from the corridor/outside.

Expect 3 star not 5 star accommodation

Great location, friendly staff. Has a pool. Our room was nice with a good view.

Elevator system is slow. I also got stuck in the elevator momentarily as the doors would not open, this was later fixed though. Our bathroom toilet was leaking and our fridge was clean but smelt really bad.

Execellent service except for the parking fee.

Complete facilities, beautiful home with great view.

The only problem is parking fee of the properties. For those for like to stay at home will need to pay more for the parking. I recommend for those stay with register car should eligible for free parking.

Avoid going here dangerous for a lone traveller.

Once we eventually got into the apartment after waiting outside after midnight and being told to go somewhere else to collect the key, using a service lift as others were not running but on entering apartment it was nice and comfortable.

Swimming pool dirty and had building materials all around it. Nobody at reception as building not finished so outside is someone at a desk so it’s like a hostel. People so unhelpful with regards to check in - wasn’t given Wi-Fi and person who brought the key when I refused to go off walking up the road to find somewhere I could collect my own key! Hidden cleaning fee slapped on as payment went through not shown on the booking page. Did say other charges may apply which I expected as tourist tax is normal.

Nice & Great

-the location is near to the market -we dont need to make a deposit guarantee so the check out dont need to wait for a long time -nice and comfy

-there still no available wifi for the tv -and the flooring still a hit sandy (not clean cos its new)

The bed was small and very uncomfortable. So were the pillows. Check-in was a nightmare. They kept us waiting in the heat for 40 minutes. And also it was a construction side. It was very noisy and pool area was not finished.

Require correct leadership in place to attend attention to details.

New place, generally clean, quick response by host after payment was made online and superb view on the 23rd floor of the sea. Wonderful street food and night market nearby. On the contrary, area of improvement are: pee / foul drain smell coming from the bathroom or balcony and emitting into the bedroom, bathroom door knob wrapped with tape - lack of finesse, appreciate WiFi router to install beside TV in living room and not beside the bed near one's head, install peep hole on main door, install internal secondary lock inside apartment, anyone able to access to apartment floor where elevator key scan to apartment supposed to control access not applicable, rubbish are disposed all over the hallways - lack of cleaning culture to educate tenants (directional signage to rubbish bins may help), appreciate shower gel inside bath room but they are almost empty. Alot of litter around the external area of the property.
