Great location near beaches and sites.

Clean comfortable room and bed

Pillows were horrible. Go flat when you put your head on it very uncomfortable. We advised staff who noted it , but to be honest we should have went across the street to Walmart and purchased pillows so we could get a good nights sleep. Very bad pillows. We stayed at several other chain hotels on our trip and all had fluffy comfortable pillows. Very small cost considering the cost charged to stay at your hotel.

Nice more upscale motel than most chains.

Breakfast was average but in nice setting. Room was large and very comfortable. Gym was clean and adequate for my needs

The plug in our bathroom didn’t work but that’s all I could find that didn’t work!

We would definitely stay here again.

I liked the location of the hotel. It is located between the eastern edge of Miramar Beach and before the heavy traffic associated with 30A villages. Also, the onsite laundry is located in a side room in the gym. The gym itself is off of the lobby behind glass walls so both it and the laundry are visible to the reception desk. This makes both areas feel more secure. There is also a great breakfast restaurant adjacent to the hotel and walkable called "First Watch"

We did not try the hotel breakfast but heard it could be better and was filled with unsupervised children during our visit.

It was a very pleasant stay! We would definitely come back!

Breakfast was better than we expected. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Little kitchen in the room pleasantly surprised us. The room and the bathroom were spotless. Very spacious. Lots of cabinets to put your stuff up.

I don't like carpets in hotel rooms in general. And even though it's a new hotel, our socks turned from white to grey. But it's a common problem in most of the hotels. We would definitely stay again.

Very close to perfect.

Breakfast could less cheese items and more meat items. Location was perfect for me. Barbecue & utensils were great.

Bed bugs in the bed. Room very moist even with AC on.very close to perfect

Definitely would stay again

Great hotel. Very clean! Breakfast was decent.

Only complaints. Bathroom door design isn't very private. And they shut off our key cards before 6am. Couldn't get back in without help to get our things.

Pleasantly surprised

Pretty much everything. The staff was exceptionally nice.

The food was pretty bad. Just do what other hotels do and put the stainless steel pans out so the food doesn't get cold and dry out like it does here. Ive been to other Hiltons, just do it the same way. The water pressure was as well. Just turn it up a bit. I understand you are trying to conserve but the water but the pressure wouldn't even remove the soap from my skin. This is minor, but whoever chose the colors, especially the greens and pinks.....wow! Please turn it down some.

We appreciated the fact that the facilities were very clean and the staff were very friendly .

We had to leave on Thursday because of a family emergency . So we had to check out early .

One of the best Hotel experiences i have had in a while!

Very comfortable and convenient for my stay. Clean room.

Breakfast great! I love homemade oatmeal!! And, the veggie omelet was delicious!! The room was nice and spacey. Didn't use any of the kitchen space, except coffee pot. Good coffee! Nice lighting. Nice shower.

More regular coffee should be left in the room when going to be there for several days. Would like for the elevator to demand a room card for use. Would feel more secure. TV had very few channels to choose from. Netflix needed account to use.

I would stay here again and look forward to the improvements!!

The facility is really clean. The rooms are clean and make you feel at home. There is a Walmart across the street and a convenient store a little further down.

The breakfast can be better. Not a lot to choose from. The waffle line is too long. Only glass plates available and not safe for children. Housekeeping is rude and not friendly. The facility is about 20 minutes from Destin attractions.

Very nice hotel, would stay again!

Very clean, spacious and comfortable room, great breakfast

Wish it was just a little closer to the beach but we drove to Allen Dine Beach down 30A and wasn’t too far!
