About this farm stay rental
All new house systems, central AC, bathrooms, kitchen, appliances and furnishings make this a turnkey opportunity. Beautiful stone patio with gas grill and non-exclusive use of surrounding gardens and barn included. The barn is a wonderful place for small gatherings and events subject to owner pre-approval. All utilities except phone and cable included. Also, there is a mooring available for use.
The first floor consists of a front hall/stairway with a living room and a den. The back of the first floor features an open dining area and kitchen with granite counters. A mudroom with laundry and half bath offers access to the parking area, outdoor shower and stone patio.
The second floor includes a primary suite with linen closet/storage and a bathroom with shower. The second bedroom shares another bathroom with shower with an adjacent sitting area that provides additional sleeping space.
No pets please and property is smoke-free. Lease required.
