This three-bedroom villa apartment in the holiday resort of Porto Letizia is perfect for a group of friends or a large family of 8.
The 2-floor apartment enjoys a private garden, Wi-Fi access and free guest parking. Internally, there is central heating and a modern open-plan living with a dining and a well-equipped kitchenette for a great self-catering holiday stay. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the apartment for your convenience. The master bedroom has a double bed and the remaining two bedrooms either have 2 single beds or a double bed. The modern and full family bathrooms are fitted with a bath/shower, WC and bidet.

The residence enjoys a wide range of facilities, such as a private beach, sun-beds, attractive park grounds, conveniently close bya cycle path winding through the whole complex, mini-golf fields, a children\'s play area, main reception, an on-site hairdresser, an Italian restaurant, an internet café & bar, conference rooms, on-site parking, laundry room, linen hire as well as tennis & cycle hire, all very close by.
The town centre of Porlezza is a 2-5 minute walk and the local supermarket is . There is also a good selection of local Italian restaurants to sample and then you can end the evening, walking along the beautiful lakeside boulevard. Porlezza is just a 22-minute drive, over the mountain pass, to Menaggio on Lake Como and is on the scenic route to the town of Swiss town Lugano. Just above Porlezza is the village of Carlazzo which is close to the nature reserve surrounding "Lake Piano" and which has a rich and ancient history. With a castle of its own and medieval fortifications, this village was once well protected. Visit the small village of Castello, close to Loggio & Porlezza. Built on a rocky spur, it has a fascinating maze of stone houses, narrow streets and small flowering balconies everywhere you look - there is also a great view of the surrounding area & Lake Lugano to enjoy.
