Great for a large group. We had multiple families for a reunion. Parking is an issue. Only two parking spots and no street parking (permit required). Construction going on right next door. New house being built. Loud equipment starts up at 7am. Something to be aware of. Extremely loud. Not something people can sleep through. Also, if you want to relax in the back yard, the noise persists all day.

We stayed here for my son's college graduation with 7 members of our family. In our group, we had 4 adults and three teenagers (16-boy, 18-girl, and 19-boy.) It was the perfect set-up -- a room and bathroom for two sets of parents, my daughter, and the two boys who shared so everyone had some privacy. The guest house was a nice bonus for my husband and me! Very modern, lots of natural light, beautiful landscaping, and super clean. We loved the surrounding neighborhood and took several walks during the time we were there including to CVS which was an easy 1-mile walk. Even though it's only a block off a major street, we never felt unsafe or heard any noise. The neighborhood is actually very quiet! The washer and dryer were convenient and the patio was lovely with the cooler temperatures. It was an easy 15-20 minutes to the UCLA campus, a few minutes to Venice and Marina del Rey, easy access to the 405, and a few minutes from LAX. Great middle-ground location! The only "issue" we had was some new build construction next door for a few hours on Monday morning, but it only lasted about 4 hours, so it was fine. The whole house was well-appointed and the beds were comfortable. Mason, the host, was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again if the need arises!

This was a very nice house that has been rehabbed. It was large enough to fit our group of 10. Lots of modern technology. Garage has been turned into living space. Expensive but it’s LA. I would like to give it a five star but just can’t. The cleaning was just subpar. Lots of cigarettes butts outside in plant pots and on deck and side of house. A dirty diaper in the window. And the trash cans were overflowing the day we got there and the garbage truck wasn’t coming till we left.

Although we were here just one night, we found this to be a fabulous rental. Very clean and close to the places we need to be. We would definatley stay here again!

My now-wife and I stayed here with about half the rest of our wedding party and their spouse sthe day after our wedding. Really nice, spacious property. Great outdoor space. Having a separate guest house was pretty handy. Only downside for us is that we only stayed 1 night and were barely at the place itself so didn't get to enjoy it for long. Highly recommend.

Great place for our family to be together, plenty of bedroom/bathroom privacy and lots of open space. Enjoyed the great vibe of the house and the guesthouse as well- updated look, new appliances, phone chargers on both sides of the beds/ nightstands and comfy beds. Would def book again, easy 20 min from LAX and 10 minutes from beach.

My group enjoyed our stay at the property. It was nice to have both the main and guest house to ourselves. It was also very dog-friendly with a nice backyard and dog bowls. The location of the property was walkable to restaurants and coffee shops and it was easy to get to Santa Monica and other beach areas. We had a few hiccups but the host was responsive to our questions. One thing to know is that there is only parking for two cars and on a a street with permit parking only overnight. There are streets close by that don't have permit parking if you have more than 2 cars.

The house was perfect for a weekend extended family getaway. The location was great, close to beaches and lots of food options. Mason was very responsive to any questions we had. One big plus for the house was the number of bathrooms in the place. Each room had its own bathroom, which was great for our large group.
