The house was perfect for our family. The star attraction was obviously the pool. However there were many other things to do. The ping pong/pool table and available board games kept everyone entertained at night. A trip to nearby Annapolis was a hit. Several unique restaurants were minutes away. Would definitely stay again.

The pool was VERY dirty, algae filled and stained. The vacuum, heater nor filtration system were working. A pool company came 2x's and could not remedy the problem. We could not use the pool during our entire week long stay. I have used Vrbo for over 15 years. I have never left a complaint or a bad review. It seems to me that the condition of the home was not prepared properly before we arrived. This is not an unfortunate circumstance. This is due to lack of preparation and management oversight. Part of the deception of the property is that the riverfront views are almost nonexistent because of tree and brush overgrowth which makes it unusable. The fire pit was overgrown with trees, unrecognizable and unusable. This property was nothing like it was advertised . We were challenged with keeping the home cool enough. Another disappointment is the host was out of country and the management company was out of state. The pictures on Vrbo of this home do not reflect the reality of what this home is in our experience. This is a group of six women who have been getting together for almost 30 years. This is by far our worst experience. Not having a pool completely altered our trip.

Highly recommended property in close proximity to Annapolis/Naval Academy and various entertainment venues. We had four couples and each couple was afforded their own personal area that was quite spacious.

45 minutes from DC and 15 minutes from downtown Annapolis with a pool (with floaties), hot tub (seats 4 comfortably), pool table and big tv (with fire stick) made this perfect for a weekend adult family reunion, and wish we had found this home when our kids were younger than current 21-26 range.
6 adults (4 over 6 ft) slept comfortably with rooms to spare, and we were able to cook or deliver food easily.
We are not big kayakers and so the lack of a dock kept us from using the kayaks/paddle boards and might be only thing we did not try, but owner was very up front about this, so not a complaint.
