Highly recommended property in close proximity to Annapolis/Naval Academy and various entertainment venues. We had four couples and each couple was afforded their own personal area that was quite spacious.

It was a lovely stay!! Kitchen was big and well stocked. Wonderful ping ping and pool for young adults. Hot tub was lovely!

45 minutes from DC and 15 minutes from downtown Annapolis with a pool (with floaties), hot tub (seats 4 comfortably), pool table and big tv (with fire stick) made this perfect for a weekend adult family reunion, and wish we had found this home when our kids were younger than current 21-26 range.
6 adults (4 over 6 ft) slept comfortably with rooms to spare, and we were able to cook or deliver food easily.
We are not big kayakers and so the lack of a dock kept us from using the kayaks/paddle boards and might be only thing we did not try, but owner was very up front about this, so not a complaint.
