Estar tan cerca del mar y sus vistas, el desayuno. La ubicación, la música en directo. LA PAZ!!!

En la habitacion de esta vez: La ventana no tenían como cerrarla por dentro (con niños hay que tener cuidado). Los que tenemos ventana y no balcon no había forma de tender la toalla para que estuviese seca para el dia siguiente. Debería ofrecerse una Escoba dentro de la habitacion para poder poner a un lado toda la arena que vamos acumulando

Lokalizacja, widoczki, zaraz obok przystanku i wejście na moją ulubioną uliczkę w El Médano. Hotel otwarty 24h. Czysto, miła obsługa.

Wiatrak na suficie zamiast klimatyzacji. Trochę był głośny w nocy a i tak było za gorąco w pokoju. No i śniadania, nie było za bardzo wyboru dla osób nie jedzących glutenu, w sensie pieczywa, śniadania mało smaczne, jajecznica raczej z proszku. Lepiej pójść na śniadanie obok do knajpki są pyszne omlety i kawka. Słychać ludzi na plaży cały dzień i krzyki dzieci także mało spokoju jeśli ktoś go szuka ale na parę dni ok.

Nos estuvo mal, pero no creo que volviese a repetir.

Me gustó mucho la habitación y las vistas que tenía (me alojé en una superior). Además, la recepcionista que nos atendió fue muy amable.

-Las fundas de las almohadas estaban limpias pero aún así, habían manchas en ellas. -Con respecto a la terraza, hay muy pocas hamacas, y además la gente deja sus cosas en ellas y se van, cosa que me parece muy egoísta. El hotel debería intervenir de alguna manera. -Si estás en la terraza en una hamaca, tienes que entrar al bar a pedir lo que quieras tomar. Los camareros no se acercan a ofrecerte nada. -El desayuno muy básico y con muy poca variedad para el precio que se paga en la habitación. -La habitación que nos asignaron no tenía aire acondicionado. -Las habitaciones están mal insonorizadas. Escuchas todo el ruido de fuera y de las camareras de piso limpiando las otras habitaciones.

Fabuloso . habitaciones vistas al mar con balcon

Las habitaciones recién reformadas,la limpieza,las vistas ,en la misma playa ,los solarium te puedes bañar directamente en el mar bajando unas escaleras.camas super cómodas y baño amplio .

No tenemos quejas.

Great location and excellent food.

The location is beautiful and the breakfast buffet was excellent. There were the favourite breakfast foods of many European countries. The receptionist was especially helpful, especially considering we arrived at 1 a.m. You can take a dip in the ocean right from the hotel patio, and the sea is calm there, unlike much of the island.

The rooms are a little small and one has to park a few streets away from the hotel, which is in a pedestrian zone. However, the location is part of the hotel's charm.

Our second stay at this hotel, but certainly not the last!

Great location, we had a super big balcony with a wonderful view, very nice breakfast, very clean hotel, very polite staff. The hotel looks like a cruiser with two decks for sunbathing. The lower "deck", (where you also can take your breakfast), offers direct access to the ocean via a stairway - we liked this very much! After swimming, stairs up, you are back to the "deck" and your deck chair, you can order a drink and enjoy sunbathing and the view. Great value for money!

Maybe a thing or two need repair, but nothing serious. For a 3 star hotel perfect.

Nice playa hotel when problems have been fixed

The location is excellent and suitable also for short stays near to airport but with little noise from airplaines. The hotel is pricipally in good shape as it has recently been renovated. The breakfast was fine with a good selection of most you can expect. Part of the staff was quite friendly. You can get into the water just next to the hotel and by smaller waves even from the hotel terrass.

We got a room in which the renovation was not completed recently. E.g. the floor was quite old and not comparable with the renovated rooms. The promised see view was quite restricted having to stand by the window looking to the rigth direction not into the rooms having balconies just outside. The room had a mold problem probably from the bathroom. My wife being a bit sensitive got red swollen eyes and closed nose during the nigths. We had to sleep with window completely open to reduce the smell. The problems with shower leckage and non-closable bathroom door were brough into order fastly after we complained,

Mit großen Einschränkungen und Lärmbelästigungen ein zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt.

Absolut tolle Lage. Super Frühstück. Sehr freundliches und überaus nettes Hotelpersonal.

Im Hotel fanden Bau- und Renovierungsarbeiten statt. Direkt unter meinem Zimmer wurden mindestens zwei Zimmer renoviert. Eine riesige Lärmbelastung. Zimmer und Balkon waren drei Tage tagsüber NICHT zu benutzen. Trotz Beschwerden an der Rezeption wurde mir NICHTS angeboten. Originalzitat: „ das Hotel ist alt, es muss jetzt gemacht werden“.

Einmalige Lage am Strand

Freundliches Personal im Restaurant und beim Zimmerservice und teilweise an der Rezeption. Die Lage direkt am Meer mit Terrasse über dem Wasser ist einmalig. Sehr gute technische Zimmerausstattung mit Smart-TV, Router und Kühlschrank.

Keine komfortablen Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem Zimmer.

Everything I want and need in a stay except the WiFi. They really need to offer streaming level service.

Location and the staff. Most went well out of their way to help guests.

Wifi. It simply is way too slow. It would take a long time to load a picture in a text. There is no option to buy faster WiFi. This is extremely frustrating. Fortunately, there is good 4G coverage on my phone at this location.

La verdad, lo que más me gustó es la situación . Acceso "privado" desde el Hotel directamente al agua. El estar en el centro del pueblo tiene muchas comodidades.

Lo único malo es el parking que no hay cerca.

Lovely Hotel in an amazing position.

Check-in was smooth. Very informative. Amazing location, Just like being on a ship. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Rooms are modern and a kettle with Tea and Coffee provided. Sun terrace is amazing with steps straight into the sea.

Very good

Most of the staff were friendly and professional. Decent choice of breakfasts. Excellent views. Very nice location. Nice bar.

Some of the staff were rude and unprofessional. Not very clean in the hotel (Situated on a dusty sandy beach so I imagine it's impossible to keep clean.) I'm not sure, but I don't think that the bedding was changed very often in the 15 nights that we stayed there.

Nice place in a convenient location

The location is great and the sea view is just breathtaking! Stuff is very friendly and trying to help. The terrace is nice and convenient. A lot of restaurants around.

The room doesn't have an AC and it's a nightmare. There was a fan, but it didn't save the situation. We had to sleep with an open window, even though it was very noisy outside. Breakfast is fine if you stay for 2 days. But eating eggs 7 days in a row is just impossible, so I don't recommend to have breakfasts here if you are staying for more than several days, the choice is extremely limited. The drain in the shower was clogged. When we reported the issue, there were some works to have it fixed, though it didn't really help.

Great location literally on the sea; El Medano is a small and very pleasant town ideal for families with young children or older people. No night clubs or rowdy pubs so not attractive to young sprogs.

Perfect hotel

Lovely hotel in the perfect location. Not the most modern but I knew this before booking. I had a sea view room with a balcony which was lovely, the sea is literally underneath. Friendly staff, spotless rooms with comfortable beds. Great sun terrace where you can eat breakfast or sunbathe. Beach towels provided at no cost. Breakfast was good with the usual offerings. A microwave is available (I popped mine in it for a minute because I like my food hot). I know El Medano well which is why I chose the hotel - its a very chilled town with a great beach and a great vibe - predominantly Canarian/Spanish with European visitors - you won't find British bars/restaurants here if that's what you're looking for. Only 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from Los Cristianos. I had a perfect stay. Thank you.
