Our charming 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home is the perfect retreat for families looking to enjoy Colorado. Being close to several different attractions like the Red Rocks Amphitheatre, the city of Denver, and more, our home is a central location for any Colorado adventure.
As you step into our home, the warm and inviting living room with a cozy sofa, modern décor, and a dining area will greet you. We've fully equipped the kitchen with all the modern amenities necessary to whip up delicious meals during your stay, including a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Watch the kids play in the fenced backyard as you prepare dinner or wash the dishes after a delicious breakfast.
The three bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. One of the highlights of this vacation rental is the spacious partially fenced yard, which provides the perfect spot for families to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. We really enjoyed our stay at this property, the house had everything you would need. Great place to stay for two couples, separate suites upstairs and downstairs. We also enjoyed the outside space, nice back yard. It is a good choice if you are going Red Rocks to see a concert. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location for all we were doing. Going to a Rockies game, Red Rock and up into the mountains for sightseeing. It was a little odd that there were no tvs upstairs. Kitchen was well appointed and beds were nice. We couldn’t get the sliding door for the bathroom downstairs to stay closed. Overall a really nice place to stay.

We have stayed at many short term rentals throughout the US and Internationally. We were very impressed with every aspect of this rental. Many times the pictures don’t accurately depict the rental. This was the same but in a very GOOD way. It was very clean, well appointed and well thought out. The proximity to Ted Rocks Amphitheater was perfect. We will be back without a doubt!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Lakewood duplex, it was clean and spacious for our family of 3. We were in town for my husband’s sister’s wedding at Red Rocks which was easily accessible from the duplex.
Some feedback: there is no garbage in the upstairs bathroom, there were spiders on the furniture, an ant here or there. I do not do well with bugs especially spiders. The upstairs tub shower began clogging after the second use, but we wiggled the drain stopper and that seemed to help. May be helpful to have a TV upstairs as the basement was freezing!

We would 100% stay here again. We came to the area for a concert at red rocks. It was the perfect location! Close to the venue, short drive into the mountains for hiking, close to grocery stores and restaurants. Comfortable beds/bedding/towels. Definitely recommend!

Hosts are very welcoming, there was even a bag of ice in the freezer for us. Ample dishes, glasses and flatware. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great (particularly in the basement). The best part was the convenience to everything nearby; a quiet neighborhood great for walks, but readily close to Greek festival, RedRocks Amphitheater, Dinosaur Ridge, hiking, etc.

We came to Colorado for my Mom and Dads 50th Wedding anniversary and needed a place to stay. The property is perfect. We enjoyed our stay!!! The management company and owners were extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive. We will look into staying again the next time we are here to visit.

This was a great updated duplex in a quiet neighborhood, for our recent visit to the Denver area. Plenty of space for our family of four, very clean, and had everything we needed for our visit. We’d choose this property again, if doing another Denver trip.

Nice new remodel and close to Golden and Red Rocks

My wife and I took our 18 year old son (and brought along our 12 year old twin daughters) to look at Colorado Christian University. This house was perfect for my family! Lots of space and tastefully decorated while being very practical. The host was excellent with communication and I would love to stay again! I give this property my highest recommendation!

We had to be in Denver for unexpected longer-term stay. The host was very communicative and accommodating: extended our stay, allowed us an earlier check-in and later check-out, and also sent out a handyman and plumber in a timely manner after we reported a leak. The accommodations were comfortable and as reflected in the photos. The place was also very conveniently located between two grocery stores and near other places that made a longer day feel much less daunting. I have just two recommendations: 1) a tv upstairs and 2) an additional garbage can for collections. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Very nice remodeled duplex. My party of 4 were very comfortable. Location was perfect for us, close to shopping, restaurants, and health care facilities. Many thanks to the owner for affording us flexibility on arrival and departure.

Place was clean and tidy!
Management co not good. Couldn’t get in door for long time and cold outside . WiFi password was given wrong. Took a few days to work all out. No TVs upstairs. Heating system an issue. Extremely hot downstairs if normal temp up. No trash pickup and one trash can. Loud furnace popping noice!! Christmas debris etc was a lot.

Stayed here to attend a 2-day concert at Red Rocks. The location was great with lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The drive to the Red Rocks Amphitheatre was an easy 15 minute drive avoiding main roads and traffic. The neighborhood was tucked away in a nice quiet area. The house itself you can tell has been recently remodeled with a nice modern feel. Would highly recommend this property!

Traveling with our tween/teen kids is always a challenge. They’re too old to share beds/bedrooms and we’d certainly prefer a separate bathroom for mom and dad, and enough space so we can relax without having to make them pretend they’re in a library. Plus we all want a place that’s safe, clean and comfortable.
This place was everything we wanted and more. The house was exactly as advertised, well appointed and in a nice neighborhood convenient to local sights and amenities. The hosts were gracious and responsive and were even able to accommodate us for an extra night when our plans changed mid-trip. Extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity. Highly recommended!

The ground floor (with two bedrooms and 1 bath) was very comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked including a hand mixer. The way the A/C works, the basement with the master bedroom and bath is colder than the ground floor. There are plenty of blankets. Quite a bit of water leaked on the floor from the master bath shower due to a door that does not fit properly. We did notify the owner and hope this will be improved for future guests. The location was perfect for our family of 6 visiting friends in the area.
