A traveler's oasis - Monticello Getaway is the perfect vacation home for your next trip to Charlottesville. This home offers all the comforts of home with none of the stress; guests will never want to check-out. 4 Bedrooms (3 Kings) and 3 full Baths, plus open concept living spaces, means there's room for the whole group. Take the party outside to the back porch and enjoy an evening BBQ while catching glimpses of the sunset.
Walk to Belmont's favorite restaurants or take a short drive to the historic, pedestrian mall for even more dining, shopping, and entertainment venues. Only 10 minutes drive to Monticello, Carter's Mountain, and Jefferson Vineyards.
This classic Belmont home has been fully re-conceptualized to provide the best guest experience. Upon entering the front door, guests are greeted by a drop-zone for coats, bags, and "real life". The open concept main level offers ample seating for a movie night or a board game as well as a brand new kitchen with large island and wine fridge. Eat-in style dining keeps everyone together or guests can enjoy the large outdoor dining table on the back porch. This main level also has a King Bedroom, full bathroom, and laundry. We loved our stay at this clean, nicely decorated house. Very roomy. Walk to restaurants. I was worried about parking but it was never an issue

Very pleased with our stay at this home. There is plenty of space for a large group with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need. Good location close to town. Check in and check out was easy. Definitely recommend for anyone staying in the area!

Monticello Getaway was the perfect space to relax with family and enjoy the many wineries that Charlottesville has to offer. We even took in a polo match. The house was immaculate and extremely well appointed. It was spacious and very comfortable. I can't think of one negative or anything I would change about this wonderful house. The deck sat 6 very comfortably and the gas grill was wonderful to have. Downtown is a bit of a walk but well worth it. I highly recommend this property.

The lovely modern kitchen was amply stocked with almost everything you could possible want. An island with four barstools near a dining table for four allowed eight to share a meal casually. The living room included games for all ages. The king-size bed downstairs was very comfortable and there were no complaints about the comfort of the three upstairs rooms.
The only drawback to the whole house was the set of wooden stairs leading upstairs. They were a challenge because of the steps’ narrow depth and little traction It is possible that someone with even slight mobility issues and/or longer feet could have problems.

Highly recommend. The house is OUTSTANDING and exactly what we wanted for our weekend in Charlottesville - rooms are large yet cozy, furnishings are nice and the kitchen is A+. We had a house full, including a 3 month old. Convenient to everywhere in Charlottesville.

Spotless home. Beautiful new appliances and fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook there on the premises. Sunset from the back deck. Very comfortable beds. Overall a great place to stay.

We were at UVA for Family Weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a perfect location to access the university and many of the sites in Charlottesville. The house easily accommodated our family, was clean and well stocked, and the hosts were great.

We had a wonderful time at this site. The house was perfect for us 5 high-school friends with plenty of room to socialize, but privacy, as well. It was so convenient to downtown Charlottesville and historical sites like Monticello or The Highland. It was well equipped in the large, accessible kitchen. I would suggest that there be a bit more explicit instruction on thermostat adjustment, especially for those over 50! It was so new fangled!!

Loved our stay at Monticello getaway. The house was very clean and and everything it in seemed new. The house had some extra perks like sound machines, a steamer, charging pads etc. The management company was excellent too. Things to know, parking is on the street, only one bedroom has its own bath. The others are outside the bedrooms. Highly recommend! Great location too!

It was our first time in C-ville and Monticello Getaway was a great place to stay. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and they provided everyone we needed. The location was perfect as well.

This house was perfect for my family of seven to stay comfortably for a weekend wedding. The rooms were very clean and well appointed, and the beds were super comfortable. We could walk to downtown Charlottesville, and the grocery store was a short five-minute drive. We will definitely stay here again when we’re back in town.

This house was very clean and had lots of little “extras” that made it very comfortable for our group of 8 adults. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating inside and on the deck for everyone.

This house was central to all the tours we wanted to do & history we wanted to see. The setup is great, it was nice to have the one room downstairs for our older niece to stay in & the two rooms upstairs for the kids to be near us. Plenty of space & accommodations for 7.
