The house is fine and the kitchen is well equipped. We also appreciated the fact that each of the 3 bedrooms had king sized bed. However, the property management (PM) company called Vacasa couldn't be worse that cause safety risks. As we were getting ready to drive up to Stowe we got a call from the PM saying that there's a fallen tree in the driveway but that they were looking into it. However, 4 hours later there was still no update. We called them... after 40 minutes of waiting on hold they still had no update for us. The lady on the phone offered to CANCEL our reservation, just as we were about to reach Stowe. She actually thought that this was a perfectly viable/acceptable option. We tried explaining to her how ludicrous her suggestion was. When we reached the property we also realized that they DO NOT plow the long driveway or the walkway to the main entrance. We were there for 7 days and they never once cleared the driveway or the walkway to the house despite 14 in of snow on first day and another 4 in later in the week. We tried calling the PM again but they never responded. You should also be aware that the PM is not locally based and have no clue about local conditions. Lastly, the temperature in the house is controlled by 4-5 different thermostats which have been pre-programmed by the owners and cause the house to run extremely hot.
Based on our multiple experiences now with Vacasa, we going to stay away from any property that's managed by Vacasa.

This is a beautiful large home that is great for families. Most of the home is in great shape, however it looks like shortcuts in maintenance are taking their toll. The greatest issue is lighting. So many lightbulbs are out. Someone needs to go through the house and fix that. There are a few pieces of furniture showing wear and some mattresses are ready to be replace. At this point, the good far outweighs the inconveniences.

This was a beautiful property. We very much enjoyed .

We love Stowe and always our end of summer getaway with the kids. The house was large enough to accommodate and we loved the amenities of the game room and outdoor area to run around. House could use some TLC (fans/AC working, remotes, porch cleaned), but it didn't deter the fun we were able to have together. Just needs a deep overall clean. Overall a great stay.

This home is beyond amazing. My only regret was staying 2 nights. The online pics don’t do it justice! My kids did not want to leave to go explore because they loved it so much! We will definitely stay again!!!

We had a great stay. The house was great and the surrounding property was even better. It's in such a great location you're only minutes away from the great restaurants and breweries in stowe

The property itself was beautiful - the acreage around the property and general scenery were breathtaking. I would also say that the layout of the house and amenities in the kitchen were exceptional - very user friendly. That having been said, there were many aspects to the house that were run down. Weeds growing up in the driveway, patio, all around the small lake house (along with a bench that had collapsed) - some weeds were 2 feet tall. The AC didn't work and the property manager obviously wasn't going to fix it (they just added a post it note to not use it - which was awful considering the temperatures upstairs ranged between 80 and 85 at night). None of the remotes for the TV in the master bedroom worked (one had batteries that had obviously erupted and probably would never work again). We went out and purchased batteries thinking that was the issue to no avail. There were lots of areas on the walls that things had been obviously removed and the drywall wasn't patched, paint was scuffed in a lot of places, and other cosmetic imperfections. I would not say not to stay here (the cost was very affordable)... however, the homeowners should reconsider their property manager/maintenance crew. I'm assuming the close to $400 upcharge (which was added to the nightly stay cost) was to the property manager - which is sad as the job they are doing is less than stellar. I really think this could be a top tier property if attention was paid to those details.
