Not good. No coffee in room, no phone, exorbitant price, very small room.

the room was extremely small( the “balcony” fits one person standing- we asked for a second chair as there was only one in the room and the sink was directly next to the bed- the bathroom was see through glass - no privacy - the hotel is near the beach and located great

Wonderful, modern and comfortable place within walking distance of Ondarreta Beach. Everything was awesome. The only caveat was that our shower would leak into the room. Likely a drain design flaw. It wasn’t a big deal. Otherwise, the place and service was excellent.

We travelled for one month through France and Spain, staying at hotels. This was by far the worst hotel. The price of the rooms is extortionate - we had a double room (upgraded to 15 square meters) and it was so badly laid out we could barely move - only one person can squeeze around at one time. The bed was so small and cramped we couldn't lie flat because it was wedged between two walls. One person had to climb over the other to get out. The toilet walls are glass so you can see someone on the toilet - the door handle is a hole! There is no breakfast and no coffee/tea in the room. The safe in the room is too small for anything bigger than a small iPad. The room and reception smelled rather bad. The description of the room on the site is completely misleading. The staff is not very experienced and don't expect much help with anything. This hotel is not worthy of more than a one star rating.

It was so pleasant here. I stayed for three weeks and they were so hospitable. The area is perfect — you’re across the street from the La concha beach. I’ll come back.

Expensive for what you get... There is no lobby, no amenities at all (room service, coffee maker, tea pot, clean towels, etc.), room is tiny (legit couldn't even unpack). It would be a fine place for 200 euros a night, not 600...

The balcony room had a great view. The shower was great and so was bed. Good Internet as well.

Great hotel, boutique vibe without silly bar prices(1 beer & a good glass of red for less than 4 euro) fab location, everything is totally walkable in San Sebastián, bars/eatery’s on your doorstep.
Biggest shout out is to the amazing helpful staff, particularly Ibai and Sandra, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. when we realised we’d left our passports at previous hotel 🙈these guys went above & beyond to help us out. They were absolute stars! And I watched as they made everyone feel welcome. Bravo! 👏👏💕

room was modern and comfortable good balcony but room slightly small, excellent and helpful staff great bus service

The shower run all over the room and they didn’t fix it. Just one of the staff members was friendly.

The bed was noisy, squeaky and not comfortable. The TV position was difficult to manoeuvre around and you kept knocking it. And there was a lack of hooks.

Great place to stay in San Sebastian, near the quieter Ondarretta beach. Easy walk to all the sights and sounds. Bar and coffeeshop downstairs both quality and well-priced. Noisy at night, but I have to imagine that's impossible to escape throughout the city.

Clean and nice. Small room but comfortable. Parking is 1k away for 10 euro but you can park in front and leave bags so fairly easy by European standards. A little off beaten path but plenty of nearby shops and restaurants and close to concha beach. Great wine shop downstairs.

The front desk staff was very helpful.

A lovely hotel, close to the beach and a half an hour walk to the city (15 minute bike). There is a taxi rank and a bike rack a couple of minutes away. Lovely coffee shop within hotel plus a bakery opposite and a supermarket round the corner.
Overall small but comfy rooms. Only nuisances were lack of space to dry towels, no dustbin in room (just bathroom) and the clear box that is the bathroom (minimal privacy when on the loo).

Very stylish and well equipped hotel in an excellent location. Well positioned close to the beach and a nice walk to the old town. I would definitely return.

The design of hotel.

Nice designed and clean hotel, however it lacks of eye for details. First of all, every time I had shower, the water run out of shower unit and made the bath mat soaking wet, therefore can’t use it for next shower, had to ask staff to give a extra bath mat. Then, aircon didn’t work on the second day and told staff upon check out, then I was told it is because I had a window open. How would I know this when you don’t provide the house rules? (And no phone to the front desk, I couldn’t be bothered going down just for this) considering the price I paid, I would have a bit more thorough service.

Great newly completed hotel. Room was great though there were some downsides (minor) bad smell when we checked into the room which cleared pretty quickly but returned on the last night. Secondly the bathrooms are not particularly private to the main bedroom, the hotel have tried to sort this with mirrored film on the door but not on the rest of the glass walls….like the design but not good if your a private bathroom user!!
