Great chill place close to Padang

Great place to stay close to Padang and Mentawai. The room is very comfortable. AC works well. Breakfast is delicious. The area is surrounded by rice fields and it’s very beautiful to walk around for the sunset. Dila is very kind and welcoming. She borrowed us her scooter to go to the city center and she advised us on few restaurants and cafes. And we also had a chance to spend a day together. Dila showed us around Padang .. beautiful waterfall, jungles hike. The place is calm and we had a good rest. Totally recommend!

Das war der beste Abschluss, den wir uns für unseren Indonesienurlaub hätten vorstellen können!!

Dieses Homestay hat zurecht die sehr, sehr guten Bewertungen. Dilah ist eine wahnsinnige tolle Gastgeberin, die mit ihrem Herzen und ihrer Seele dabei ist. Ihr großes Anliegen besteht darin Ihren Gästen Padang und die Umgebung näherzubringen! Ihr Frühstück ist sehr lecker und sehr reichhaltig. Zudem hat sie sehr leckere Empfehlung für das Abendessen, wo sie einmal mit uns hingelaufen ist und das andere mal mit dem Auto gefahren ist. Immer wenn sie Zeit hat, macht Dilah zudem Ausflüge mit ihren Gästen zu den naheliegenden Wasserfällen, was ein großer Spaß ist! Falls ihr Padang, die Umgebung und die Menschen etwas besser kennenlernen wollt, seid ihr bei dieser Gastgeberin zu 100% richtig! Lasst euch nicht durch die etwas außen liegende Lage abschrecken - egal ob mit Scooter (den einen Dilah kostenlos leiht) oder mit öffentlichen Bus (Dilah fährt und holt einen von der Haushaltestelle mit dem Scooter ab) ist Padang sehr gut zu erreichen!!

Merveilleux séjour 😘

Dila est tellement gentille, rigole, nous avons adoré tous les bons moments passés avec elle ❤️ c'est une magnifique personne tellement serviable, douce! Sa maison est parfaite, les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables, il y a même l'eau chaude!!. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux ☺️ L'endroit est situé au calme près de magnifiques rizières. Quelques restaurants à 20 minutes à pied sinon possibilité d'avoir un scooter pour facilité les déplacements. Dila a pu garder nos gros sacs à dos quand nous sommes partis visite l'île de Mentawai.

Rien, le rapport qualité prix est imbattable!

Relaxing and confortable.

The host was the best woman we ever met. She was really helpful and willing to give us any kind of information. She helped us with moving around letting us her scooter and also dropped us off at the airport. If you want to feel confortable and in good hands, this hostel is the best option in Padang.

The place is a little bit fat from the center, but if you take a scooter you will arrive at the city center in 15 minutes. So it’s really worth it.

Wonderful stay

The room as well as the bathroom is modern and clean and the owner Dilla is such a nice and talkative person. She really cares about her guests and helps with all she can. She even woke up at 4 am to drive us to the airport. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Amazing homestay and wonderfull host

Amazing host, very helpfull with everything possible Homemade breakfast and lunch/diner if needed and quiet residence ! 20min from Mentawai fast boat only Dila, the host, will make your stay sooooo easy and now even after our stay she's still helping us with buses and boats etc

That we couldn't stay longer at her place cause we have to continue travelling

Dilah rocks

We found LOBLUS by chance and it was wonderful. The place is very cosy, the rooms very clean, good value for money, but the most important and the most remarkable is DILAH. She is the nicest, kindest and most dedicated person we have met in Indonesia. If you have a couple of days or more, she will make your experience as rewarding as possible. She will get you all the food and fruit you want for breakfast, and even if you want to see crocodiles, she will wait with you for 3 or 4 hours until they show up! Hahaha I would definitely recommend her a million times. If you want to do a tour in Sumatra, I recommend you to talk to her and spend at least one day there. She deserves everything and more. A friend for life. Thank you DILAH.

best experience in west sumatra

This is truly a hidden gem in west Sumatra. The place exceeds all expectations as it is brand new, very modern and carefully cleaned every day. The breakfast offered by the host is very complete and flexible. And apart from all that, the host is an amazing person and will help you out with pretty much anything you might need with your trip to West Sumatra and Indonesia in general.

Exceptional

Very nice, modern, clean, comfortable room. Tasty versatile brekkie. Super nice host who helped us a lot. We ended up visiting the homestay three times between two trips outside of Padang. Besides the basic services of the stay the host took us shopping, helped to get a working Indonesian sim card for me, took us to a holiday lodge outside of Padang, took us back to Padang and in the end to airport. Very social personality. Speaks fluent English. For sure next time we visit Padang we'll stay here 😊

New, Clean place on a bargain price.

Been to Padang multiple times and wanted to stay away from the town and found this place. Fadhila was great host and the place was very clean. The price I paid here compared to my earlier stays were lower.

A bit out of city but easy access for people who are coming from Minangkabau International Airport or through Trans Sumatra Highway since this place is more nearer to the highway.

Exceptional

Dila is an exceptional host, she is always happy to help you, you can wash your clothes because she has a washing machine, the place is like a local village, good walks in this local place, good away from the center of Padang the rental of the scooter is included in the price, the room is very comfortable, I was entitled to a hearty breakfast (pancake, fresh fruit and coffee or cappuccino. She made me discover the beautiful surroundings (snorkeling, waterfalls, islands) I had an incredible stay in her company
