We can sleep 6 guests in this truly unique property, with its extraordinary location, high ceilings, French doors opening to the huge terrace, open plan high spec kitchen / living room, 50 inch Tv's, underground parking and modern interior
The Space:
This fantastic apartment is situated in one of The Most Quintessentially English Sea-side towns in the North of England with over 22 miles of coast. The Grade II listed Southport Pier is the oldest iron pier in the country standing for over 150 years. We can sleep 6 guests in this truly unique property, with its extraordinary location, high ceilings, French doors opening to the huge terrace, open plan high spec kitchen / living room, 50 inch TV's, underground parking and modern interior.
This apartment is situated right in the heart of Lord Street, set back in the old posting office building. It has all the original features with very large ceilings and big sash windows.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a double and single bed and 2 en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has Egyptian cotton sheets and deep mattress toppers for sheer comfort. Both bathroom suites have Villroy & Bosch designer showers, toilets, sinks and one bathroom also has a bath.Each bedroom has beautiful French doors that open up onto the amazing terrace.
The open plan living space has a fabulous high spec kitchen with a washer dryer, dishwasher, hob and oven, dining table and 6 chairs, 2 sofas, chair and foot stool. There are three French doors that open up onto the amazingly large terrace.
Car Park
We have a secure car park on site, which is £10.00 per day and payment needs to be made on our website.
Bed Linen and Towels
This apartment, benefits from fantastic Egyptian cotton bed linen, and luxury Egyptian cotton towels which are provided for each guest during their stay at the apartment. All of our bedding is dry cleaned and freshly ironed.
Kitchen
We provide all necessary kitchen utensils to make sure you have the perfect stay.
Contact with your host
Please note we use a guest app service, which will email you automatically asking you to sign our house rules as soon as you make a booking with us. 14 days before your booking, you will get a text & email prompting you to click on the link, which takes you to the mobile responsive website which has a map of where you are staying, directions to and from airport, train station etc . 48 hours before your stay you'll get another text & email which will tell you that your arrival details have been released which has all the access information to get into the property that you have booked for your stay. We will provide an emergency telephone number for emergencies during your stay. Please note we do not have a concierge service on site, so we can't store luggage in advance of your check in or after you have vacated the property. Please note we can't hold tickets to football games/theatre shows for guests.
Please return keys and fob in the lock box on your departure.
Loss of keys will result in a £100 penalty fine.
Please turn the heating off when you leave the property

The property was comfortable and spacious with all the amenities you could.need for any type of stay, business or leisure. The property is centrally located in Southport but is quiet facing in to an internal courtyard with deck area, which is a lovely suntrap . The secure parking is a bonus if required.

We had a lovely stay in Southport at Apt 17, The Posting House. Ideal location, with restaurants, shops etc all on the doorstep. The apartment is a really good size and great that both bedrooms benefit from an en-suite. Has a lovely large outdoor space too.
