- Laundry Room- washer+dryer - you can use during your stay
**2nd FLOOR
-Bedroom 2 = King Bed, SMART TV and private balcony, you can see GULF OF MEXICO from (!!!)
-Bedroom 3 = King Bed, SMART TV, private bathroom
-Bunk Area with 2 bunk beds - twin-over-twin (4 twins), SMART TV
-Shared bath between BR 2 and bunk area
* Outdoor dining area with Gazebo and:
- Gas Grill (additional fee $50)
- Charcoal Grill (free) - no charcoals provided
*On site parking for 3 vehicles.
*A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, conditioning shampoo, and bar soap for each bathroom, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.
*Check-in time starts at 4:00 pm
*Check-out time is 10:00 am
**THE PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE 25 OR OLDER, AND PRESENT FOR THE ENTIRE STAY. (text for more details)

*Exterior video surveillance at this property for your security.
*The base price is for 10 guests, any additional guest should be added (includes children above 2 years old) to the reservation and will be extra charge $25 per guest per night. Please be honest with the amount of guests you having. This charge is for extra cleaning, extra use of beddings, towels, water, electricity and normal wear and tear. Thank you!
