About this house rental
Discover Citrus Heights, where your activities await within a 5-mile radius of your doorstep! Immerse yourself in vibrant local scenes with nearby events, shops, and farmers markets. Easy access to freeways leading you to the wonders of Sacramento. Just a quick 20-minute drive to Downtown Sac and 10 minutes from Roseville. Your home accommodates 8 guests, providing a cozy retreat after your adventures. Step onto a beautiful deck with a fire pit and BBQ, inviting you to create your new memories!
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and attached full bathroom. There are two other bedrooms with queen sized beds, and a second full sized bathroom. There is a living room, dining room, full kitchen, and laundry area in the garage. There is an air mattress in the living room to sleep 8 guests in total.
Guests will have access to the entire property. The washer and dryer are in the garage.
1. SLEEPING COUNT/VISITORS: We have a maximum amount allowed on the property per our short-term rental permit, being 8 guests for sleeping and 2 visitors max. Please communicate with us directly for additional visitors coming on the property for approval. If an unauthorized party takes place fees will apply & you will be asked to vacate property. Thanks in advance :)
2. TRASH CANS: Please expect a staff member of ours to arrive --- evening to roll the cans to the street. We ask guests to roll the cans up --- afternoon if your group is staying on a ---. For shorter stays of 2 to 3 days, we allow 2-3 bags of trash to be left at the home. Anything over that amount please take with you or a trash fee will be applied to your reservation.
3. RESPECTFUL TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Quiet time hours are 10pm to 8am (Sound is amplified by the closeness of houses, so please minimize noise at night). Please leave windows closed in the evening as sound will carry. Thank you!
4. NO PETS: Pets are not allowed at the home. The owner is highly allergic.
5. SMOKING: Strict no smoking property.
6. PARKING: Just a friendly reminder that the garage is being used as storage for the washer and dryer, and is not available for parking. Additionally, please avoid parking on the right side of the duplex where the staircase is to the upstairs unit. Its front space is reserved for the other guests. Your designated parking areas are right in front of the garage and everything on the left side in front of the downstairs unit. Thank you so much for your understanding!
