Beautiful town house in Paphos, close to the beach, shops, bar street and lots of amenities. Place comes stocked with useful appliances to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Wonderful pool and sunbathing area. Great for adults and kids alike.

Nice clean place that stayed cool in the heat. Great location walking into town or to the market close by and the neighborhood restaurant. The furniture patio was a bit worn out and so was the community pool chaise lounges. If they spiffed that up it would be ideal. Mathew was super helpful. Very relaxing stay. Thanks!

This is our second time visiting this complex and first time in this apartment. Amazing place to be love coming to Cyprus. The apartment is amazing. Can not wait to come again

Good location. House clean with plenty of towels and bedding. Solar heating of hot water a bonus. Some of outside furniture shabby, broken and unusable. No UL television. Netflix available if you have an account. A couple of issues with Internet and electric supply resolved promptly by Matt.

Property is in a quiet residential area, one bedroom has an on suite and the other a lovely little balcony with a loo next to it. Everything is close at hand, there is a couple of bars nearby a shop or two and a Gym. 10 mins walk will get you to the harbour and you will find restaurants and bars to suit everyone. I could not fault the accommodation.

The house was well furnished and the owner was really helpful when we had a small issue. The complex is lovely with a nice pool which isn't overly busy. I would stay here again.

Great apartment, roomy and well appointed it had everything we needed and made for a very comfortable place to stay while visiting Paphos for a family wedding. It is in walking distance to the shore front (20 mins or so) and restaurants so we didn’t need a hire car, and is in a nice quiet location. The host, Matt, couldn’t have been more welcoming, helpful or responsive to queries, helping us extend our time as we’d a late evening flight. The tips for local shops and taxi to the airport were spot on. Highly recommend!

Spacious accommodation on a small, clean complex close to the centre of Pathos Kato harbour area. Really comfortable homely feel, equipped with everything we needed. A perfect location, quiet complex but a short easy walk to bars, restaurants, shops. Also central to all the sites and attractions in the west of Cyprus. Really enjoyed our stay.

First impression when we managed to open the door was tired and shabby. House needs a really deep cleaning. The house needs a lot of maintenance doing. Bedding and towels were lovely and clean. Beyond this we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Matthew for allowing us to leave our luggage on the last day.

This is the second year we have stayed in this property and it was just as good as last time. It is a good house, in a good location on a nice complex. The bonus for us is that it has it's only little private area where you can sit and not be disturbed. Just a short walk down to the harbour and to the bars. Would recommend staying here and hopefully we will be back next year

We stayed in Matthew's house for 5 weeks in Feb/Mar, we found it to be very clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed. The location was perfect within a 15 min walk of everything. The farm shop close by was great for fresh produce at a reasonable price. There are plenty of places to eat and we went to the local pub the Rugby Arms for the weekly quiz and Sunday lunch. Our family came to stay and there was a cot and even a buggy and the small private garden was ideal for our little grandson to play safely in. We would recommend it to anyone.

Truly a very comfortable, well equipped home from home. Everything anybody could need and more is in this very comfortable accommodation. We had a car so distance wasn’t an object, but it is quite a way to walk to the front especially in the extreme heat like we had last week🌞

We were delighted with this spacious house in a small, quiet complex. Everything was well maintained and clean and every need had been anticipated, especially in the kitchen area. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of wardrobe space. Outside it really was private and we often had breakfast, lunch and dinner on the patio, even in November ( which proved to be a great time for a really sunny holiday when the UK was having a cold spell.)
We had a hire car, and found the location of the house very convenient for visiting other villages and towns. The large supermarket in the Kings Avenue mall has an underground car park, was well stocked and was easy to pop into on the way home. It is indeed only 20 minutes walk from the house to the beach, although ,again, in November it was easy and free to park near the harbour. We also used the local shop just up the road and the restaurant, Pambi's, mentioned by others. The welcome there was warm, the portions large and appetising, and the entertainment cheerful.
Of the beaches nearby we really liked the Lighthouse beach and Coral beach. Further afield, Laatchi has good fish restaurants and pleasant sun bathing facilities. In the other direction Pissouri is an attractive beach village .
Matthew was quick to respond to queries and provided clear instructions and useful tips.We hope to visit again.

Just returned from stay and property was as shown, not disappointed. Kitchen has all equipment required for both short or long stays. Outside Patio area was great for breakfast, evening eating or just relaxing with a small glass of wine, very private. Both bedrooms were large with plenty of storage & the hairdryer was a bonus. The bathroom and shower room were very clean. Shower off 2nd bedroom was excellent, as was additional toilet downstairs. Linens & towels are provided. The balcony area from the double bedroom was nice for sitting and reading. Sofas in the lounge were comfortable and great for TV viewing, whether watching available British TV programmes or a DVD. Numerous additional extras available to make any stay worthwhile: radio, ipod/iphone player, books, DVDs and board games. Communal pool is an excellent facility, helping to cool down, accessible from property via a small walkway from the front door and private patio area
We did not hire a car, and found that we could walk most to most places within 20 mins, although walking back uphill from the Harbour took slightly longer in the heat. There is a kiosk within 4 mins walk for essential goods, and Pambi's diner another 2 mins walk further for convenient eating, the portions here are huge. There are another 2 Kiosks within 9 and 11 mins walk from the property.
Number of different routes to Harbour area, along back roads, via Bar Street, along the main road to the Church, etc. There are numerous eating places along the route to the Harbour as well as along the sea front to suit all tastes and budgets, all portion sizes are large. E-cosi is best for ice cream, directly opposite the bus terminus, extensive flavours a must try. Alkion Restaurant also great eat with set menu & al-a-carte.
Number 603 bus route is near to the property either near the Farm Kiosk or Ikarou Street, circular route to the Harbour.
Kings Avenue Mall is within 30-35 mins walk if retail therapy required. I would recommend taking a bus into the Old Town from the Harbour as the walk is steep. Buses run from the Harbour into the Water Park and Coral Bay, along with a number of other locations and villages for 1.50 single trip, 2.50 return trip, 5 day ticket, 20 weekly ticket, great value.
Communication with Matthew was excellent and questions answered promptly. Keys provided around 1 week prior to stay with useful instructions

From the moment we arrived we felt at home and having only brought hand luggage everything was there that we needed. Beach towels, bath towels and much more. Nice and clean.
The best part was that because this property is a corner plot it had a secluded patio away from the pool but still only a few feet away down it's own private path. Ideal for relaxing to read a book out of the sun with privacy.
Although we had a car it was close to the supermarkets and 'Pambis' a lovely little friendly restaurant. The car allowed us to visit many other favourite eating places and to see the island.

We have just returned from a nine and a half week stay at this lovely, well kept property. Our first impression when we arrived was "oh, this is gorgeous" The owners couldn't have done enough for us and were so helpful and friendly. The only downside was that we had to come home!! We will definitely return next year and recommend this lovely villa to friends and family. The complex is very well maintained and the pool area spotless. We didn't even bother hiring a car as we love to walk and everything...the shopping mall, the harbour and the bus station...were within a twenty minute walk away. Local mini supermarkets were very handy too. Can't wait to return.
