I like the environment, the nice and smiling reception, it's clean.

The floor is old, the shower and we were that there is no microwave to warm water for my 1 year old baby. I have to go to the street, knocking people door to beg them to help me warm water for my baby. A lady selling bread opposite Auchan super market save me from the shame and embarrassment. It was really sad 😔. Some of the pictures we saw online were not true pictures. The rooms are wooden floors and I think it's old.e.t.c

Fairly good, apart from the TV 📺 issue.

The television stopped working and couldn't be fixed and no alternative was provided.

For the cost of the room, is basically what you can expect, so it's really a convenient one. If you are ok with staying in a small hotel, it's ok; actually the bed was really good, comfortable and clean! I was there in Sarcelles for an event and if I have to come back and I want to save some money, I will probably come back here!

The bathroom is not really good, not super clean and really, really small. The building itself is old and not really clean. Position is quite far from everything, but I arrived there anyway by walk, so Is possible

I did not stay at this Hotel as the room allotted to me was on the 3rd floor, not practical for me to climb the stairs for 10 days trip due to medical reasons. I requested for a ground floor room but was denied. I requested for a refund, the hotel manager agreed at the time of check-in that he will refund the money via booking.com if I opted not to stay at the Hotel, so I cancelled my stay and informed him to cancel the booking and refund the money. Eventually the refund was never processed by the Hotel and to my surprise later the Hotel gave the reason that they cannot refund due to non-refundable hotel / booking.com policy. Hotel Staff not friendly at all. Very small and uncomfortable rooms Not clean Insects at the reception I will not recommend this Hotel due unfriendly staff, cleanliness, hygiene and overall hotel ambiance which was extremely poor.

the staff is amazing nd they made our stay pleasant

we had come for some congregation nd it was very close and also had many halal options available closeby. extremely nice and Amazing mall was closeby which was a huge help.

the rooms were very small and no AC and no coffee machine. bathrooms are very small and the hand wash is in the bedroom which was really weird

A pleasant stay at a very low price.

Hassle free stay. Clean but no thrills. Worth the low price if your just looking for somewhere to sleep over for 1 or 2 nights. Excellent secure parking. Staff were very nice and always busy cleaning etc.

I probably wouldn't stay here for a romantic weekend. But it's fine if just looking for a clean hassle free place to stay.
