The staff were amicable and attentive; they delivered a slice of birthday cake with a hand-written birthday card, and the next day, they also treated us with waffles. Self service laundry at no cost. Very sweet thots for hotel guests

Professional staff who speak good English. Can leave luggage in store if arriving early. Very modern and clean with safe, phone, air con, air filter and electronic key. Next door to TRA station and only an 11 minute ride to HSR station (from TRA on 'local' train type using Easy Card). Also close to eateries and shopping. Very good value room rate.
There was nothing I really disliked. I'm not sure if I was supposed to have a view, but my window (room 203) had metal sheeting right outside which may be permanent (no view) or temporary due to construction next door? One minor note is the room had nowhere to place luggage other than the floor and limited cloth storage.

The hotel is located very near the train station and surrounded by shop house and mall. Breakfast is nice and provide local Taiwan foods like RU ROU rice .
Some of the room is very small that no space for the luggage.

スーパバイザーがきたが壊れたエアコン修理も部屋変更も出来ず。泣き寝入り。

The room is very clean and cosy and conveniently located and easy to get to from the train station (note: Not HSR station but TRA train station). It is actually a nice place to stay especially for a quick stop-over.
Space is limited for two pieces of luggage but we still managed to make-do I guess

Friendly counter staff, good location (very short walk from the station), clean room. There was also a good quality steamer available for use (apart from the standard iron) which was really great. Some complimentary drinks were also provided at the lobby.
The room’s decoration was a bit shocking (we got the Humpty Dumpty themed room).

great location next to the train station. the customer service was wonderful, free laundry, love the ice tea and milk tea in the lobby, love the breakfast.

Great Location, friendly staff!
The room was smaller than I expected and the baby cot was no mattress so little bit hard for my 1 y baby! I don’t think he feel comfortable, should ask one more bed sheets as mattress!

The location is superb. Just 5 mins walk from Taichung station. There are some nice touch on service that we liked.
The room decoration is weird in my opinion but might cater to some family with kids, I do prefer a plain room. The lift is small (2 ppl with luggage). The breakfast is OK.

I like everything but hoping that there is a Netflix too. 😊
Sometimes we can hear some sounds like there is someone banging or doing something in the walls. Maybe they should upgrade their soundproofing.
