The living/dining room is equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV with international channels, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. This room also provides access to the terrace.

Additionally, there is a bath/WC and a shower/WC on this floor. The upper floor consists of a double bedroom with a 180 cm French bed (length 200 cm), a bath/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with access to the terrace. The villa also features a large terrace with furniture, a barbecue, deck chairs, and a covered balcony, offering a beautiful view. Other facilities include a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, a hair dryer, and internet (WiFi). Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and groups of young people and pets are not accepted. A gardener resides in the apartment next to the house.
