Unit Layout
Villa Sognu is an 8-room house spanning 230 square meters across two levels, renovated in 2022 with beautiful and tasteful furnishings. The living/dining room features a panoramic window with an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only), a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. On the same level, you'll find four bedrooms – one with a panoramic window and a French bed (160 cm, 200 cm length), another with two beds (90 cm, 200 cm length), the third with a panoramic window, a French bed (160 cm, 200 cm length), and a shower, and the fourth with a panoramic window, a French bed (160 cm, 200 cm length), and a bath/shower, with an exit to the terrace. The kitchen on this level is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine with Nespresso capsules. There is also a hip bath/WC, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin.

On the lower ground floor, there is another living/dining room with a flat-screen TV and an exit to the terrace. This level features three additional bedrooms – one without a window but with a French bed (160 cm, 190 cm length) and a bath/shower, another with a panoramic window and a set of bunk beds (90 cm, 190 cm length), and the third with a panoramic window and a French bed (160 cm, 190 cm length), both with exits to the terrace. There is also an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table and a bath/shower.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating. It also features a large terrace of 50 square meters, south-facing, with terrace furniture and a barbecue. Other amenities include a washing machine, dryer, and free Wi-Fi internet. Parking is available at the house.

Villa Sognu offers a very beautiful view of the sea and the valley. Please note that it is a non-smoking house with a smoke alarm installed. When the property is not occupied to its maximum capacity of 14 guests, one floor will not be available for use. This offer is provided by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable and luxurious vacation experience.
