There is a security camera on the tree in front of the property pointed at the front of the house. The camera operates 24/7. Tampering with security camera may result in immediate termination of reservation
Amazing safe, quiet, walkable neighborhood close to many restaurants and shopping. The patio is great for gatherings and fun, but please be aware that quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am. We do monitor noise levels after 9 pm, so , please keep noise down as to not disturb neighbors and their families. We do not take noise violations lightly and could result in immediate termination of reservation.
There is a Wi-Fi smart lock on the front door, which will open at the time of your reservation with a code. The code will be included with check-in instructions to your email and sms prior to arrival
Pictures can't capture the cozy feeling and vibe of this newly renovated and squeaky clean Ranch themed house. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure a wonderful, comfortable and FUN stay. Rest assured as our guest that the home will be everything you see in the pictures and will meet or exceed your expectations. Your host Rorry has taken great care to cultivate Super host status reviews and enjoys many loyal returning guests as a result. It's our hope you will be the next :-)
Local residents (Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, Gadsden counties), must disclose so before booking and send a request. We are dog friendly for well behaved house trained dogs under 50 pounds. Limit of 2 dogs, We charge a fee of $65 per dog per reservation/stay. will accommodate 1 vehicle comfortably. Guest is provided a remote to open and close the garage door throughout the stay. Nothing beats driving into the garage on a rainy summer day.
We may be able to offer earlier check in for a fee, however, a request must be authorized first.
We may also be able to accommodate a late check out for $25, however, a request must be authorized first. Unauthorized late check out fee is $50/ half hour. Our cleaners obtain digital proof after cleaning and prior to each guests' arrival assuring that everything is clean and in place for a wonderful stay. Any failed payments within 30 days of check-in may result in cancellation of reservation. We are FIRM with the cancellation policy. PLEASE obtain travel insurance and we will be happy to assist you with a claim. We cannot refund for cancellations that are outside of the refund period.

We do not offer alternative bedding for those that may be allergic. We employ Wynd sentry detectors which will alert us if any kind of smoking is detected. Guest understands that reservation will be immediately terminated without refund if we are alerted by the detectors. There is an additional $500 fee for smoke remediation if smoking occurs or manages to permeate the inside the property. Inconsiderate guests that ruin the space for others with their smoking have necessitated we take these measures. We recommend that careless smokers find a more accommodating space to book
