Such an incredible stay. I brought my daughter for a short weekend the mobile for a dance competition. Our stay was so relaxing and I felt very safe in the house. It is very close to all of the downtown fun and just far enough to get some peace and quiet. We will def be back!!!!

My family was in Mobile to support some family there that were "royalty" in the Mardi Gras festivities that weekend. All of the events were held downtown and this location was a short ride away. Quiet neighborhood with several shops and restaurants (can't miss Mobile's oldest dining spot, the Dew Drop Inn!) within walking distance. It's an older house, but most are in midtown as the area is historic. Was clean and comfortable and held our family just fine!
Thanks for hosting us!

We brought a family of six people: my husband and I, my two elderly parents, my sister, and my cousin. There was plenty of room for all of us! Loved the location, as it was very near the wedding and the reception we attended, and driving around was easy. Well-appointed with all we needed. A positive surprise for us was that there was a washer and dryer, which the listing does not indicate. It was the only hesitation I had when booking because we prefer to have a washer and dryer. I would suggest updating the listing to include it. The only other suggestion would be to install a rail for the front steps for elderly people to have something to hold to get up the steps. But otherwise, the place was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable, linens were very nice, lots of pillows! 👍 Just loved it and would stay again on another trip to Mobile. Communication was super prompt, usually within minutes of my sending a question. Great service. I love that the company is vet-owned!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Myself and a couple of coworkers are in Mobile for a couple of month for work, we were looking into staying for the full time that we are here but thankfully we only booked for a 1 week trial run. We work out in the heat so when we come in from work we are expecting to cool off a bit. Not Here! So if you’re looking into staying here in the cooler months this place may be alright. It’s an older home that has been updated and the house itself is alright. The neighborhood isn’t the best but it’s not terrible. We would give it a 3.5 star and would have possibly stayed if the A/C worked.

Great for us

Overall this was perfect for us! We thought there would be 20, and there ended up being 22 of us! There were 12 adults and 10 kids. We brought sleeping bags and a blowup bed for the children. The location is perfect distance from the Gulf Shores, Dolphin Island, Alabama battleship and submarine, restaurants, and more. With such a large crew, not many places would accommodate us, but this house did without breaking the bank! I will definitely stay here again!

This location is well priced and near everything we needed to visit. Awesome house big thanks to the owner.

House was really cute but much smaller than it appears online. It does comfortably sleep 12 if 2 can comfortably fit on a queen. The size of the rooms and smaller furniture do not accomodate 12 comfortably. There were 7 of us and we were tripping over each other.
The house was very clean. Only complaint was the garbage can was overflowing from previous occupants.
The air conditioner struggled during the hottest part of the day. Couldn't get it above 72. Not terrible but it was also an unseasonably cool weekend in May!
Kitchen cabinets were a bit comical. Once opened, it was almost impossible to close them properly. You push one closed and another popped open. Drawers stuck a bit. Theyve been painted a few times. We kept hearing a strange noise that had us looking for a chicken under the house. Come to find out it was the fridge growling on occasion.
The neighborhood was okay. When you turn onto the street where the house is located, it gives cause for concern. Definitely rough. However, during our 4 day stay, we had O issues.
Long story short, the stay wasnt bad but feel theyre over pricing the house. It wasnt high season so the sticker price led me to believe we were going to get something with more square footage and higher end updates.
