Guests will have access to the entire property except for the locked supply closet. Guests are welcome to park 1 car in the garage, garage opener is not provided.
Check-in is anytime after 4pm & check-out is 11am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee - please inquire at least 24 hours before check-in. Last minute requests will not be possible.
Other things to note
This home has a steep driveway. If you are not comfortable parking your car in the driveway, you may park in the garage or on the street in front of the home. The driveway and stairs up to the front door may be challenging for guests with limited mobility.
This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.
There is 1 security camera located at the front entry to the house, the purpose of this camera is to prevent parties and damage to the home.
Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deodorization.
