Welcome to a fantastic house with a 180 degree panoramic view on the paradise island of Knarrholmen in Gothenburg's southern archipelago! Here you live as close to the sea as you can get with a private and undisturbed location in a real archipelago idyll, far from the city's traffic and noise. The island is car-free with regular ferry service to the pleasure city of Gothenburg. Only 50 m to salty baths where you can start the day with a swim and then sit down and enjoy a good breakfast with freshly brewed coffee on the spacious terrace. A perfect house for a family or group that values the unique location and high standard. Nature, sea, peace and quiet but also proximity to Gothenburg's entertainment in an unbeatable combination! The villa is extremely tastefully decorated and here you will find everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The entrance floor has an open, large living room with kitchen, a spacious living room with TV and a dining room with openable glass partitions. For a little extra luxury in everyday life, there is also a wine fridge here. There is also a bright bedroom with a double bed and exit to the terrace and a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. Via a ladder you reach two separate sleeping lofts with two single beds each. On the wonderful terrace with a sea view, you have both a dining room table, sun loungers and a lounge group to relax in. On the front terrace you can enjoy the sunrise and morning coffee in a nice café group. The villa and its surroundings are largely composed of soft rocks and offer fantastic places where you can enjoy both the sunrise in the east and the magical sunset in the western sea. Take a morning dip or two, maybe end the day with a last cooling evening dip. There are also nice child-friendly beaches, jumping towers for the older children and lots of crabs to fish for. But also the opportunity to live an active life, with running laps around the island, outdoor gym and playing football. Or why not play padel on the island's new padel court? (booked via matchi.se). There is also a beach volleyball court and boules court. The island also has a sauna that can be booked and a hot tub that can be rented on site via Knarrholmen's well-visited restaurant. You should of course go and eat at the Knarrholmen restaurant, here they serve really good food. The restaurant is open during high season. Seach for Kanrrholmen to find the opening hours. Note that the island don't have a grocery store. If you want to buy food, you must take the ferry to Saltholmen and stock up. In other words, plan what you will eat and drink during your stay here. Knarrholmen is a car-free island and you can get there with Västtrafik's ferries that depart from Gothenburg/Saltholmen, 4–5 times a day during high season (May-August). During September-April the ferry runs 2 times a day Monday-Friday + weekend trips (From 11/12-2023). The crossing takes approx. 15 minutes.
