The hotel front desk worker was very friendly when we checked in. The room was clean. The beds were kinda stiff. The AC ran cool but was very loud. The breakfast was mid, nothing memorable. The surrounding areas were a bit questionable.

Absolutely perfect stay. Couldn't get any better. I was greeted was a warm welcome and given some complementary things i forgot for my trip. Room was pristine and amenities like the gym and pool were kept clean the whole time. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. This was hands down one my favorite stays in the Marriott hotel chain. Only small complaint was the construction around the hotel which was a minor inconvenience.

This is one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The suite was perfectly arranged for maximum use and relaxation. The brekkie was fantastic and everyone was incredibly warm to us.

Amazing place overall! Amazing staff, very clean, great quick breakfast. My only complaint would be the shower. Very hot but light pressure even playing with the head. And it’s an open glass wall shower so very breezy and chilly! Overall great stay though! Would recommend and stay again!

We stayed for 2 1/2 walks. This hotel is lovely and includes a well kitted out gym and indoor pool. We are a family of 5 and the room was perfect for all of us, one slept on the pull out sofa bed which was perfectly comfortable. Also had kitchen and dining area which was really useful. Breakfast is provided, which was as expected - juice, coffee/tea, milk, chocolate milk, cereal, bagels, hot breakfast, nuts, granola, jam etc

I asked for a handicap accessible room and was given the wrong room at first. The manager took care of the problem and we moved to a room that was nicely designed for people with mobility issues. She even took my suggestion and put a mat in the tub to prevent slipping.

Good hotel to stay with small children. Only complaint I have is that staff forgot to empty out refrigerator before issuing out room. There were cans of beer and food items in the fridge when we first walked in.

We liked the location of this hotel. The newness was also nice, in the fact that there was multiple outlets to plug in devices. We also like to apartment sized refrigerator. A couple of things we didn't like, was how slippery the bathtub was. So, maybe a bath mat would be nice in rooms. Also, not having grab bars to get out of the slippery bathtub. All in all a very nice hotel.

The staff was exceptionally accommodating. I appreciated their kindness in identifying a room for early check-in. I had traveled since very early morning and was very exhausted.

The check-in experience was excellent, staff was wonderful! However, my family and I incurred an incident that lead to my elderly mother being hurt - the elevator door closed too soon and slammed into her with a tremendous force, the impact caused her awful pain, but no visible injuries currently. Management was made aware of the incident the next morning as it happened late night. Manager Rick diminished the account by explaining how an elevator works, and how this has never happened - but it did. I asked him to check the cameras to verify, as he should be aware of the problem just to avoid further damage and injuries to someone else. He then realized that perhaps I was correct, then asked about her situation and offered hospitalizations. The offer was declined; however, no additional consideration was made, discounted price, voucher for another stay etc. As a conglomerate company/business he should have came up with a solution to comp for her episode and encountered with the fast closing/contact with the elevator doors as it needed to be adjusted to close at a slower pace. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The restaurant says its open until 10pm, butvwhen we went down there to get dinner at 6:30 and the told us there was no opener for the restaurant, so they couldnt open. We called down at 6:50 and the opener still had not shown up. We were forced to order delivery, shortly afterwards around 7:30 the hotel called to tell us the restaurant was opening. This was very inconvenient for us. One of the main reasons we chose this property was because of the restaurant hours and menu. The menu, by the way, was diverse and offered many good choices. I ordered fries later around 8:30 and they were delicious... one more thing, both TVs are not working correctly. The TV in the living room wouldnt turn off, and i had to eventually unolug it because the power button did not work.

We wont stay here again, the breakfast was awful. The oatmeal you could drink with a straw, literally it was so watered down. The eggs were overcooked, the sausage links looked liked they have been simmering for 6 days all shriveled up. No Hot tub, they had a shut off switch in the pool area and no tub??

The only reason I would give this hotel more than zero stars is because the bed was comfortable which is a huge deal to me. However this cheap hotel has their tv subscription to Dish … in Denver … in the winter … where there is wind and snow storms. Needless to say, we had no tv or glitchy tv the whole time and our granddaughter came and stayed a night we were there so no movies for her. :(. The bartender (on duty Saturday afternoon) overcharged me for my Blue Moon. The first one was $7 (way too much, but expected) and the second was $7.50! Didn’t realize it till later. This is steeling from your customers!!! The third thing … the maid came in and changed (or made) the bed but left all the dirty towels in the bathroom. WTH!! What hotel does that? I know it’s a new place but come on Marriott!! You should be ashamed!!! And no compensation offered!!!

I think with this property just opening up they need a lot of work. Bartender did not know how to make drinks or what drinks names were. Breakfast was absolutely horrible. Never had clean dishes for when people were ready to walk up there, always empty drinks or pans. Food was not good at all. The cleaning staff for the rooms did half of a job or did not really do much at all. I have had better service and food ant lower end hotels. Other than that the hotel was beautiful, common areas were clean, people were nice.
