Located minutes from Gulf Coast Town Center, Hertz Arena, RSW airport and Coconut Point Hyatt Resort and Mall. Day passes to the Hyatt can be purchased separately to enjoy their wonderful pools, lazy river, pool side drinks and more! This fabulous home is furnished with top of the line amenities throughout, and is perfect for couples or families with its spacious living areas. You can't beat the premier location! You will enjoy Gulf access and beautiful sunsets.

In addition to the open concept family room, dining area and kitchen, the main floor features a king-sized suite with full bathroom and walk-in shower, a bedroom with two twins beds and attached full bath, and an office desk/chair. Enjoy gulf views from the top floor master suite with king bed and ensuite with walk in shower and walkout balcony. The lower level offers a sitting area and a bedroom with full over full bunkbeds and pull out twin trundle, as well as a Queen Sleeper Sofa. A garage with washer and dryer, and a large seating area that leads way to large lanai, heated pool, and gas grille. When you are tired of the sand of the beach, come back for an afternoon at your own pool with loungers!

We have a Blink doorbell facing the entryway, one security camera facing the driveway, and one facing the canal and boat hoist, these are all motion activated and outdoor only.

The Boat Hoist is NOT available for Guest Use.

We have added the following fishing poles and tackle, four bicycles for use, an EV Tesla Charger, as well as an iron and clothing steamer.

This beautiful home was exactly as-advertised. It was clean & spacious. We loved the two screened patios & spent a lot of time in the pool. The two submerged chairs & umbrella was a great way to enjoy the amenity but also get some time out of the sun. Everyone in our small group agreed that we'd love to rent this gorgeous home again!!

We stayed with our whole family for our daughters college graduation from FGCU! It was perfect for our whole family! The pool was amazing, and the house was beautiful! We had such a great time that we ended up extending our trip an extra day!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is so beautifully decorated and well equipped with paper towels, toilet paper, bikes, beach chairs, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent. We enjoyed sipping the delicious starbucks coffee ( provided) on the screened lanui. The pool was refreshing and we loved the floats and submerged lounge chairs that were provided and the umbrella in the pool. The kitchen window was perfectly positioned for viewing the lagoon sunset ( we opened the shutters). We also loved the turkish cotton towels.Such a nice touch! Well done!

Staying at this beautiful house for my daughter's wedding was an absolute delight. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. The interior was simply gorgeous, with every detail thoughtfully designed. It provided the perfect backdrop for our special celebration, creating lasting memories for our family. Lovely property . Very well stocked with most things ! For future consider more towels and wash clothes and dish towels . It was a lovely comfortable home . The amount of stairs was a bit much for our group. We were surprised there was no bathroom on the pool level. Many pool toys, bikes and beach towels . We found limited TV channels . Suggestion would be a check out list which would help owners and guests. Very enjoyable stay!

The property was awesome in general. Just there're were to many stairs, jaja. I guess we are getting old and also there is no bathroom in the basement close to the pool and the 3er room. But is was a beautiful house. There's no doubt

We recently spent a long weekend at the property and were extremely pleased. We have used vacation rentals all over Florida and in NY and this was one of the best. It is roomy and rhe 3 floors provide areas for everyone to find their own space. The pool is lovely and all the outside furniture is attractive and comfortable. We were a group of 8 ranging in age from 30 to 72 and there wasn't a single complaint.

As we turned onto the street where we would be staying, we knew it was going to be fantastic!!! As we entered to the home, we were not disappointed!!! the place was immaculate!!, the house was cooled, and every room was EXACTLY AS PICTURED in the photos. The primary suite was tucked away upstairs and that made it all the better!! I would definitely rent at this property again!!! The only flaw is that I had to travel with food down stairs to the bbq area, and that there was not an iron to us for my linen! (but there is one now and an ironing board!) Trust me!!! you will not be disappointed with the comfort, or aesthetics of this home!! The quick responses from Christian were also appreciated!!
