The host team has EXCELLENT customer service! The house was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. The bath towels were nice and big.
The check in and out were super easy.
The street was quiet and the neighbors were nice.

House was great! Kitchen was very clean and well stocked for cooking. Both beds very comfortable, ample towels and sheets provided. Air conditioner was a nice surprise (older reviews noted lack of AC). Parking in driveway was great - plenty of street parking, too, on a quiet cul-de-sac. Grocery store close by, town has everything we needed. Communication with host was outstanding, easy check in and check out. All in all, an excellent stay!

Overall pleased with the experience and great communication with the host. I was thankful there was fans and a portable AC unit.

This is an older duplex that has been updated. It has 2BR and a bath, and even a ping pong table in the garage. There is a small enclosed yard that our dog took advantage of. Overall it fit our needs well. It could use a couple more chairs or places to sit in the living area.
4.6
Quiet convenient location with kind neighbors. The patio could have used a sweep and wash and the living area rug needs to be replaced.

A few cousins and I stayed at this house for a little reunion. Upon arrival there was a security camera pointed at the front door, which we did not mind but was definitely not listed in the description on this house or clearly captured in photos. It was not communicated that there was no central air, and there were just box fans scattered throughout the house and a box ac. All rooms were very hot and had us standing by each fan to cool off throughout our stay. The floors were extremely dirty as well. As far as location, it was a nice and quiet neighborhood and we had no issues or disturbances.

It is a nice place and has some entertainment in a ping pong table. It is what is advertised!

Just to be transparent, it’s not obvious in the pictures, but this house is a duplex and shares a wall with the neighboring unit.
It’s an OK size. The bedroom beds are nice and the shower has good temperature and pressure.
There’s a ping-pong table in the garage that the kids had fun with.
But overall, this place just needs a lot of TLC. There were multiple lightbulbs that were out. For instance, the hall light was burned out. There’s no AC in the house, but also the ceiling fans in both bedrooms effectively don’t work one doesn’t go fast and the other one doesn’t have any blades on it? Don’t even know what happened there.
The dryer needs to be replaced it dries clothes, but it’s so incredibly loud that it’s impossible to be inside the house while it’s on and for sure the neighbors next-door can hear it as well.
The unit claims that it sleeps six, but I don’t see how that’s possible. Like I said the beds were comfortable, but the two couches that I think are supposed to turn into beds are so hard you might as well sleep on the ground.
The location is great. There was great communication between the owner and they responded fast to queries.
A pet peeve of mine though if it says it seeds six people then have enough dishes for six people. There were only three bowls.
The last day we woke up to ants in the kitchen.
I would not recommend this unit to a friend.

Thank you for letting us stay for our son's graduation at Pacific University. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood area to the university and town. Mahalo & Aloha

The place was very easy to access and a great place to stay. The host was very gracious and made us feel like family.
I would highly recommend this location and will be staying there again because we have family in the area and visit them often.

Great location, cute and clean house, nice and responsive host!

It was a great neighborhood and quiet. The game room was amazing and loved by all.
The kids loved the decor. Also has an outside space to eat if you are a group of 6.
We had a few ants in the kitchen on the 2nd day but had bug spray under the kitchen sink that did away with them.
Overall we enjoyed the stay at the getaway and the kids loved it too.
The hosts were also available to contact if needed.
Very accessible to places we wanted to go.
5 stars .

We loved our stay at the duplex. The house was nice and it had a small backyard. There needs to be a few upgrades, but the manager was informed of those. Overall we would stay here again!

This property worked great for us as we transitioned from full time RV to home purchase.

Cute, spacious home. Visiting our son at the University, so the location was convenient. Check in process was extremely easy. Nice, quiet neighborhood. My only qualm was the cleanliness of the floors. They were extremely dirty.

The place was nice for the most part. We were hoping to use the backyard but it was smaller than expected. The floors were also pretty gross. Other than that, it was a really nice place in a good location

We enjoyed our stay in the home. The neighborhood is quite peaceful.
