The space is a large, lower unit. It has new decor. Feel free to relax and watch a movie or cook a nice meal in the kitchen. There are stairs to access this property. There are 2 separate, private entrances for each unit.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT

Guest Access:
Instructions to access the lower unit will be sent. Step inside and be greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living room is cozy and inviting, with plush seating and a large flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The adjacent dining area features a stylish table that seats six, perfect for sharing meals and making memories.

You may park in the drive way. Do not go to the front door. Your entrance is through the back gate.

The Neighborhood:
Great neighborhood, central and close to all highways and transportation. Downtown Denver is not too far away, so catch an Uber and explore!

Getting Around:
Most people use their own car, rental car or uber. However, Denver has a great light rail and bus system, with stops nearby.
