This three-story home is located on a quiet, dead-end street in a beautiful area of Guerneville, just a short stroll from the community's beach. Downtown is home to several excellent restaurants, great live music, and eclectic shops just over a mile across the bridge. This is also the perfect home base for day-tripping, with world-class wineries, Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve four miles away, and Sonoma Coast State Park less than 15 miles.

Whether you're vacationing with family, friends, or a significant other, you'll love coming home to this le of property and its lovely views of the surrounding woods and hills. Get the gas grill going for a barbecue dinner on the deck, then head upstairs to the balcony to open a local bottle of wine at sunset.

The house is beautifully equipped for stays long and short, offering everything from an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances to complimentary WiFi and a detached cottage with an ideal remote workspace. This property has everything you need inside with great attention to detail. The exterior of the property requires some attention as the photo does not match the reality - the sun day bed is missing and the grass is now just dry earth and weeds. The house is located some distance out of town that is not walkable and the term 'private beach' is quite misleading as this is actually referring to a manmade gravel area at the river's edge approximately 20 mins walk away. The host did not send me any check in details and when I contacted them on arrival, they did not reply to my messages, which had been how we had been conversing prior to our visit, we had to ask a family member to call the host's office to gain access.

the house is as advertised. very cute. it looks like it has been remodeled fairly recently. everything works. it is surrounded by big trees and very quiet. the turn from drake road to the driveway is a little tight. maybe widen it a bit if possible. the map to the neighborhood beach is wrong. there is no access to the beach on northern ave.

The Inn Between was a perfect setting for our long weekend with our kids (16 & 11). The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was small but well organized, and the hot tub was lovely! We also enjoyed sitting out on the upstairs deck in the evening, listening to the crickets and watching the stars. Thanks, Inn Between!

Cute little river house. Comfortable bed, newly remodeled, clean interior. Has most amenities for cooking (bring your own seasonings). Hot tub works well but turn it up when you arrive so it's hot when you want to use it. Tight driveway, don't recommend a full size truck. Definitely would stay here again.

We loved it here! From the hot tub, and quaint little office cottage, to the wrap around patio with heater and fire pit, this place is charming! It’s rustic outside, and when you step through the doors you’re whisked away with a super modern decor and all of the perks that go with it. You won’t find a better place, especially for the price! It’s located just a minute up the hill from town, so you will be set for dining out or if you need groceries from the Safeway to cook in the well stocked kitchen. Some things to keep in mind: it is definitely not for folks that can’t do stairs. Bedrooms are upstairs and so is the house itself. Also if you are going with another couple they will be sleeping on bunk beds(very comfortable). We went with our parents, and it was no problem for us, but it would be even better a couple of kids. No matter what, you are going to love this little resort away from home.

We loved our stay here. The house was big and beautiful for my husband and I. It was cozy, had great views, loved all the nature , the cleanliness, decorations and updated home and games. Had it not been raining we would have utilized the outdoor fire pits. The outdoor hot tub under the bamboo trees was great. Close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Inn Between. Comfortable house with hot tub. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. We stayed for 3 nights and would love to come back to this house again. Private and a beautiful setting.

We are a family of three. Place looks big and is situated nicely with open floor kitchen plan downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. Two bathrooms, washer dryer. A deck off master bedroom with a view and large deck at first floor. Large hounds and great hot tub plus a cute little house with a desk and loft. Amazing. I wanted the place as my own. Walk to private beach. We will return.

We really enjoyed this property. Well maintained, clean, private, quiet; basically, everything we were looking for! We cooked a few meals so the wonderful stove was a plus! Also huge thanks to Nicole and Vacasa staff for resolving a check in problem quickly!

If you want a quiet beautiful home that’s private and in nature, this is the one for you. Loved all the outdoor spaces (decks, fire pit, hot tub) and the home was well equipped. Nice kitchen too! Only issues were bed is not comfortable at all, which only was an issue because I stayed here 15 nights, and refrigerator ice machine and water was marked as not working. No ice is a big deal, so that felt like pictures led to false expectation. Otherwise, neighborhood is pleasant and home beautiful. Worth calling out, huge pot hole going down steep driveway, kind of dangerous, go very slow :)
