Immersi nella Penisola Sorrentina

La struttura è ben tenuta e dotata di un comodissimo parcheggio adiacente numerato in base al numero della camera. Si trova a una decina di minuti in macchina/motorino dal lungo mare di Castellammare ma è raggiungibile anche in bus grazie alla fermata sulla stessa strada non lontana dalla struttura. Personalmente noi consigliamo VIVAMENTE di noleggiare un motorino perché oltre ad evitare code interminabili (soprattutto verso Positano/Amalfi perché la strada è una sola) vi risparmierete il pensiero di trovare parcheggio in centro/al mare, in poche parole avrete molti meno pensieri. L’appartamento è nuovo, pulito e fornito di TUTTO. Alfonso, il proprietario, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa senza farci mancare niente. Avevamo la stanza al piano terra, provvista di condizionatore, utensili per la cucina, moka, biancheria per bagno e letto (con possibilità di richiederne altra a necessità), asciugacapelli e anche una comoda lavatrice con stendino. Il letto e i cuscini molto comodi, raramente abbiamo trovato un appartamento dove si dormisse bene nel letto. Non mancava niente, un appartamento con la A maiuscola, gestito da una persona estremamente disponibile e gentile. Grazie Alfonso

L’unico reclamo, anche se soggettivo, è l’insonorizzazione della camera. Non è una critica negativa perché comunque siamo stati bene e per fortuna gli altri ospiti non sono stati casinisti ma quando entravano dal portone si sentiva abbastanza (magari anche perché eravamo al piano terra)

Comodità e disponibilità

L'appartamento è molto carino, pulito e luminoso, dispone di aria condizionata. Considerata la posizione sulla strada principale è anche silenzioso. Dispone di parcheggio. Alfonso, il proprietario, è molto gentile e disponibile, si è messo a disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta e ci ha fatto trovare anche delle merendine :)

Assolutamente Meraviglioso

The location was perfect for us in between Sorrento and Salerno 30 to 35 min from each. Alfonso was the best !!! Anything we needed from directions to recommendations he was always available !!! He made the trip stress free ❤️

The property was at a good location, with a parking. The neighborhood here is safe. The apartments were modern and new as was the building. Everything was perfect. The apartments were very clean. The host was exceptional! They were so helpful throughout our stay there. We faced several challenges with our travel and the host helped us through them, without him we would've lost ourselves. He helped us with renting a motorcycle as well. *We traveled several times to Sorrento and Positano - it is small distance, and if you are traveling on that side avoid the crowds and the expensive stays in the popular locations and areas. I recommend this property 100%.

Structural problem with the apartment, bad location would not recommend

Clean and responsive host

Apartment on the ground floor, thin walls could hear anyone stepping in the building and everyone walk and talk upstairs. No ventilation, bad plumbing with horrible smell coming from the bathroom. Small window in the bathroom came out in the entrance hall. There was no sofa bed but a regular sofa which was made of a bed which obviously did not fit for sleeping. Misleading info as to how many people could fit in the so called family room which only had one bed

Such an amazing stay!

The property was very clean and the layout worked really well for a family. The location of the property was really practical and allowed us to see the amalfi coast. The host Alfonso was very friendly and only a message away if we needed anything.

Nice apartment with good price performance and a very nice host

The host Alfonso was very flexible with the check-in times. He came to the apartment, gave us the key and showed us everything. After check-in, we then received a lot of information about restaurants, train schedules, etc. via Whatsapp, which was very helpful. In addition, Alfonso helped us directly with a parking ticket and even printed out the payment confirmation and brought it over. Many thanks for that. The apartment itself was well maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable. We liked it overall.

We would have liked seating furniture on the balcony. In addition, a few plates, cutlery and cups / mugs would be good.

I want to thank the owner very much for the comfort offered, the accommodation was superb, in addition to all the facilities, I also received free breakfast from the host. Parking is accessible in the garden of the house. If necessary, there is also an elevator. The apartment is clean, equipped with everything I needed for my vacation. I recommend.

A great place to explore the Amalfi coast, Naples and Pompeii.

An excellent and new stay with very spacious, clean and modern rooms. The host (Alfonso) needs a special mention as he was always available and did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The stay also offered a free parking spot for every room and is located near a train station.

Super nice host, really beautiful apartman, suburban area.

Our host was super nice and we have got a really warm welcome. He was very flexible and received so many information about the local transportation and good restaurant suggestions. The accommodation is a new building, beautiful and fully equipped.

The neighborhood can be scary at first, but we drove the whole time by car, so we didn't experience any atrocities. We do not recommend to walk by the city not just because of the distance.

Great responsive host and the apartment was basically brand new. Great view of Vesuvius from balcony

We (2 adults - 2 children - 8/10) just returned after staying at Seaside Ruins for 6 nights...it was great. Our host Alfonso answered all our questions and made sure our stay was comfortable. Our apartment was as shown and the whole building must have been recently renovated because everything was pretty much brand new. ~10 min drive to the nearest train station so you can get to Pompeii or Napoli easily and with less stress than driving. ~10 min to the center and seaside (not really great beach) but Sorrento is just 45-60 min away. ~1hr to Positino. The neighborhood is not much to look at but if you want to pop around to many destinations it's a great home base. Thank you very much Alfonso for making our stay great!

The neighborhood was not walkable, meaning you would not go for a night time stroll but I knew when booking I was not staying at the seaside. This was just a home base. Nice pastry shop just down the street.

An excellent stay

The place is renovated up to-date and is completely new. The photos don't look that good as it is in reality. The host is a young and an attentive guy. I should say it is the best place to stay in the area if you want to see Pompeii, Vesuvius, Positano and Amalfi.

We were satisfied with everything.
