Excellent stay. Would recommend this place

We had an extremely comfortable stay. The room was excellent and the food was delicious. The management of the hotel were extremely professional and took care of the itinerary of our trip. We could also see the Ganges from the terrace of the hotel.

Demanded a FULL refund and delisting of the property- TERRIBLE EXPERINCE

Totally avoid this dump. Booking.com's description is completely false, the Hotel is not "At" Assi Ghat at all, not even within walking distance. There is construction all over, NO hot water at all, AC turned off randomly, the same dry/cold breakfast every day, dumb staff, etc.

Location was very close to the ghats and the temple

No hot water. You have to ask again and again for hot water. Finally, they gave immersion rod for water heating. Pathetic wifi connection, hardly worked during my stay. Frequent power cuts We had to remind several times daily for room Cleaning. Inspite of this, the bed was not made.

Nothing. Location was pathetic.

Bad Location, bad staff. Service was very poor. We booked a family room and we were given two tiny rooms with twin sharing beds. No housekeeping service was there. Worst stay so far.

My parents were there for a leisure trip, they can not stop praising the staff, facilities and location, everything was phenomenal, I would like to thank the hotel for making my parents stay wonderful and taking care of them (senior citizens), i had booked it online and was worried about the facilities but the feedback from my parents was that everything is great at this hotel !!

We had booked the room for 3 persons and room was quite spacious with a balcony. After accommodating an extra bed there was a swing inside the room. The room, lobby, washroom, reception area all were well lit and aesthetically decorated. The bathroom was also spacious and there was no foul smell. For hot water one needs to call the reception and within 10 mins hot water flows through the tap. We enjoyed the stay. The location of the hotel is quite good, only 8 to 10 mins walk to the the Ganges ghat/shoreline. We ordered dinner which was also good. The staff are also very good and presented cordial behavior and I would like to mention specially about Mr. Alok Srivastava. Even the room cleaners and the door man were very cordial.

Only the approach to the hotel is through a narrow lane but this is the specialty of this city which cannot be changed.

I can’t say it was a pleasant stay

Deluxe Room was okay but the Standard Room was really small. Their restaurant was good.

We booked 1 Standard Room & 1 Deluxe Room. After the booking we asked the Hotel to setup a extra bed at the Standard Room & they informed it will at an extra cost of Rs.800/- per day. When we reached hotel we saw that Standard room was so small that extra bed cannot be placed so we decided to manage without the extra bed but to our surprise they still charged Rs.800/- per day for the extra bed. Moreover to get hot water you need to call Reception every time to ask them to switch on the centralized system. It was ridiculous.

The AC Double bed room does not have a mirror in the room. It is very inconvenient for ladies. The mirror in the wash- room is of huge size; a smaller size 2'X1.5' mirror would have been adequate, but a mirror in the bedroom is more desirable.

Out of 10 I give zero for the hotel. Visitors please avoid booking this hotel

I didn’t like the hotel location which is in a narrow lane. The room provided was very cunjusted of size 8.5’x8.5’. No cupboard. TV was defective and every now and then we had call the receptionist for setting it right. The room was dusty. Room service was very poor. AC was also defective and every now and then we had to call the mechanic. Toilet seat was very dirty. Over all we feel cheated by the hotel . The lift was not coming down to zero level and for that we have to call the reception in
