The proprty is very nice, secure and clean. We were there a week and it was a great base for visits we made in Abruzzo and Pulia. The one thing needed in today's world is internet and unfortunately, their's did not work well or at all. Everything else was fine.

Apartment is a nice size, gated parking, clean and newly renovated, and very close to the Beach which was great for us. The ceiling tapers on 2 sides and you can’t help to hit your head as bed pillows and toilet are at lowest ceiling point. I could not use the WIFI at all. It would link up and quickly detach causing me to do my office work from my cell phone.

Very nice place, perfectly situated, near to the beach. Nice terrace with great view. Host Andrea was very nice and helpful, with good contact, available at any time :) For sure we will vist Montesilvano again :)

Location is amazing, owner was very responsive with all our questions during our stay. Roof is low, it gets annoying after a couple of days. But nothing we didn’t read about before booking. Again location is great, and owners are very accommodating! Thank you

The apartment was right by the beautiful beach and also close to the city centre. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen and we were very comfortable. Andrea was a perfect host and always available when we had questions.

Super Lage, sauberes Apartment, eine tolle Zeit in Montesilvano. Einziges Manko ist die Dusche, die für größere Menschen ein Problem sein kann, da die Schräge im Weg ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nicht immer optimal.

Das Appartment ist sehr schön, das Highlight ist die Dachterrasse von der aus man direkt aufs Meer schauen kann. An die Schrägen muss man sich gewöhnen, vor allem in der Dusche. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, eine Kommunikation ist jedoch nur auf Italienisch möglich. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub!

Tolle, sehr ruhige Wohnung in Strandnähe (50 m). Alles wie im Inserat beschrieben (Klimaanlagen, Balkon mit Strandblick etc.). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas üppiger sein (zB Kaffeemaschine, Pfanne etc.).

Appartamento come in descrizione. Molto pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Terrazza spaziosa con vista mare da dove poter ammirare l'alba. Vicino al lungomare ed alla spiaggia (libera e non), proprietari disponibili e cordiali. Siamo stati molto bene, consigliato.

Montesilvano è uno splendido posto x trascorrere le vacanze. Anche se distante ne vale la pena.

Montesilvano è uno splendido posto x trascorrere le vacanze. Anche se distante ne vale la pena.

Appartamento accogliente e luminoso. È bellissimo cenare e far colazione sul terrazzo. Dotato di Climatizzatori che credo serviranno nei mesi più caldi, a giugno il clima è ancora fresco e la brezza delle colline è rinfrescante. La vicinanza al mare è molto comoda si può stare nella spiaggia libera e ritornare in appartamento se necessario. Credo che ritornerò in questo posto sperando di riuscire a trascorrere 15 gg.
