Relax and unwind at Cedar House. Light and airy, with a Scandinavian aesthetic. This beautiful home is perfect for the whole family. Located within walking distance from the Scenic Estates Community Clubhouse which has exclusive, private beach access. This rental also has rights to the Scenic Estates Swimming Lake and Cabana! You are sure to have an amazing stay.
The living area has many windows which let in plenty of natural light. There’s ample seating for everyone and a warm and cozy propane fireplace, the perfect place to spend time with family and friends.
The living area also has a large smart TV when you need some down time to watch your favorite shows.
Just off the living area is a large deck that looks out to the fenced yard and flower garden. There is also a fire pit which is perfect for roasting marshmallows and telling campfire stories! The deck has outdoor seating and a large propane grill for cooking up some tasty meals.
The dining area is just off the living room and features a gorgeous live edge wood table.
The open concept living and dining area flows nicely into the kitchen. With all full-sized appliances and bar-top seating, it has everything you might need. We supply basic cooking ingredients such as salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.
The primary bedroom has a comfortable, Queen-sized bed. With soft and luxurious linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom complete with a tub and shower.
The family-friendly second bedroom has a set of spacious bunk beds.
Just across the hall from the second bedroom is a conveniently located bathroom with a large shower.
High speed internet is available for guest use.
There is a washer and dryer available for guest use.
Safety features include a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm/ carbon monoxide detectors, and a first aid kit. We will also provide you with emergency evacuation information and emergency contact information.
*** Please note that there is no gas station on Lummi Island and you will need to fill-up before you arrive.
*** For guests traveling between April and June, The Whatcom Chief ferry goes into dry dock for maintenance. This means that there is no substitute vehicle ferry service and the island is accessible via ferry only for foot passengers and bikes. Dry dock season typically lasts for about three weeks and exact dates are posted on the Whatcom Chief’s website. Please reach out and we can help you plan your stay!
