It was quite relaxing and fabulous to stay in Quest due to proximity to shops and beaches

The facility was very modern and clean. Booking.com upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment which was surprisingly spacious

Paid parking in facility hence had to park on street.

The best accommodation we have stayed in for sometime

A beautiful new apartment with everything that you would ever need. Well thought out layout with separate lounge, bathroom and bedroom. Noise reducing glass worked well given it was on a busy road. A short walk to the local shops, restaurants etc.,

Location... perfectly situated. Compact room with washing machine and dryer. Quiet warm room. Checked out the voodoo lounge across the road for cocktail and tacos 🌮

Highly recommend great place

Was extremely impressed with the accommodation. Modern well situated to the Mt and the shopping centre. All the facilities in the room including a washing machine and dryer. Great kitchen as well. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

The fact the room wasn't serviced each day due to the fact of one of the days being a public holiday. This to me was a little unsatisfactory as you are paying for a service.

worst service I have ever i counted

3 days broken lift had to use 4 flights of stairs for the 3 days 3 days No room phone to contact for assistance .or information . Range hood rattled for first night caused a sleepless night was repaired . found a used band-aid on floor we had to insist for it to be removed . when we fist arrived asked for help with bags she said you don’t need it all do you ! I said absolutely we do . she did help . The fist staff member we encounter on arrival was rude dismissive (south African woman) other staff were lovely

Fantastic place

Great friendly staff who let me check in a bit earlier as my flight landed late morning, and also gave me a free upgrade without my even asking! Nice clean modern room with a decent balcony and view of Mauao, location was amazing - right in the middle of the Mount with everything near by, would definitely stay again.

The only tiny thing was you could hear the fridge turn on and off at night, but with the room being a studio not much could have been done.

A beautiful, comfortable apartment right in town with all the amenities needed.

Beautifully styled rooms with all the comforts needed. Soundproof so no noise from the street, air conditioned & we loved our little balcony to sit out & enjoy.

Only thing I could really comment on was the teeny, tiny milk sachets instead of just a small bottle. Needed like 5 to make one coffee & it seemed like wasteful packaging.

Apart from the parking and loud music we enjoyed our stay.

Clean, great location.

Parking- we booked a carpark (costs $15 a night), came back from dinner and someone else was in it so we had to park on the street (reception closed). If they are charging for parking it should be monitored better. It is located near a bar so the music goes until late.

Loved our stay at the Quest, brand new facility, immaculate, loved the decor excellent location!

The location was very handy to the shops, restaurants, bars in the Mount. The Quest is very new, décor amazing, very clean. The rooms were spotless, couch comfy, and great to have 2 flat screen tvs in the lounge and bedroom. Awesome having a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, and dishwasher in the kitchen. Lots of glasses, good sized cups and decent size fridge. The staff were warm and friendly, and were able to accommodate any requests.

The only issue we had was the car park we were assigned to, it was tricky getting in and out as we have a Ford ranger ute which is quite long. We were able to change car parks, this was no problem from the lovely lady at reception.

Location was Great. Went early to ask about where the parking was & was met at reception by a lovely lady called Joy. Wonderful service from Joy, other hotels/motels should maybe have a look to see how customers should be welcomed to their establishments. Thank you Joy for making things so easy, even called us to advise that our room was even ready for whenever we liked. Clean & tidy from the entrance right up to the rooms. Service staff we met in the corridors were lovely & friendly as well & thank you for doing such a great job/service. ;)

Bed was far too hard, road and weather noise was so loud, my partner and I had absolutely terrible sleep.
