The host is a kind and a helpful person. She gave us chance for a late check out.

No breakfast included.

Not enough cups, they did not provide hands soap neither shampoo.

Comfy flat in nicely quiet suburb

The suburb is nice and quiet, the house is well equipped and perfect for 3 guests, and a couple more can sleep in the living more for a short period. Wifi working perfectly. A cosy and tidy flat with good public transports nearby.

Finding the entrance door is a bit tricky but the owner helped (contact him a little in advance if you can). A little noise from the heater in the kitchen but not an issue in the 2 bedrooms.

Very easy and very convenient for visiting family in the neighbourhood

Great location and very convenient for us. Lots of parking and the size and layout of the flat was great. It was clean with no clutter and lots of appliances.

The walls were grubby and the sofa had lots of stains on it. The first night it was cold and unfortunately the heating went off. By the second night it had warmed up enough.

great location for the river boats and for restaurants/bars and walking around

terrible beds and very much in need of refurbishment. Very tatty decor.

Disgraceful and disappointed ☹️

I like the location and that there was free parking.

The smaller bedroom was just a disappointment and disgraceful. The bed needs to go in the bin. How can you have a bed that's falling apart in a room for someone to sleep on . The base of the bed was just shaking, it had a big hole in the bottom. There were two old mattresses on the bed that was saggy and damaged all over. The plug socket in the room was coming apart from the wall . There was still washing in the washing machine. The owner really needs to sort these issues out before taking any more bookings, because the price is too high for these conditions . It's just a ripoff.

Great for visiting London, not great communication from owner though.

Location is great, and being able to have parking in London was a bit plus. Cute little flat perfect for spending the night in London.

When I asked questions to the owner I was ignored for weeks, even after I had paid. This made me quite anxious about staying here. I was also told I could not check in at 12, although it said on the page I could. Then agreed to check in at 5pm, to then last minute be told can I come at 6pm. The fold out bed was also broken which meant my friend and I had to sleep on a sofa which wasn’t the most comfortable and there was only 1 toilet roll left for 4 people.

Poor

Friendly host, clear instructions.

We could put our bags in at 2 but check in was 5 oclock. The accommodation was really shabby, dirty and run down. For £222 for one night I couldn't recommend this accommodation to anyone. The advertised pictures are not a true representation.

Very clean and nice house

It is pricy but the location is great! As soon as we got to the property, we found everything clean. The host was available even at very late times (our plane landed at midnight). The flat had everything inside, pots, cutleries and toiletries.
