The apartment is located in a quiet location in the district of Steinmatte, 500 m from the center of Zermatt. In the house there is a lift, a storage room for skis and a central heating system.
There is a grocery store at 80 m, supermarket is 450 m. Restaurant, bakery, café, bicycle rental 80 m, 8 minute walk to the center, bus stop "Kirchbrücke" 40 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 800 m. The apartment has been renovated in 2019 with beautiful and modern furnishing. The living area has a open-hearth fireplace, a dining table and a TV. There are two balconies, one is south facing and the other one is west facing. There is outdoor furniture in the balcony. There are two bedrooms with double beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cater a stay for up to four people for long or short durations.
It comes equipped with all the essential amenities like oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, cooking island, fondue Set.
The washroom has a shower and a WC. The apartment comes with floor heating. Other utilities are washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (Wi-Fi, free).

Zermatt can only be reached by train or taxi from Täsch / Please park your car in Täsch. Well-known, famous, car-free winter sports resort with 5'478 inhabitants, situated at the foot of the Mount Cervin with beautiful view, 34 km south from Visp. In the resort: supermarket, grocery, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, bar, disco, museum, cinema. Glacier, hiking, electrocab available in town, indoor aquatic center, fitness center, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Lakes nearby.
