We had a great time staying at this property for our company retreat! The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for our group. The living room was perfect for our daily meetings since the smart TV was easy to connect/cast to from our laptops.

The home was beautiful and clean. We have nothing but positive things to say about the home. We had zero issues with the stay. I’d definitely recommend this house and host if your traveling to Louisville.

We really enjoyed the outdoor space! The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Washer and dryer with detergent was a great touch, since we were in town for a basketball tournament.
The house was the nicest on the street. We were a little surprised by the rundown neighborhood based the pictures of the house. We didn’t have an issues and it was a charming house though.

Everyone raved about how beautiful the home is! Plenty of room for our party. Having a full kitchen was great, as we had a couple meals there. Also used the grill and firepit. Such a great property. And added bonus was having the bridge within walking distance to enjoy and early morning 4mile walk :) Amy made everything so easy and was super responsive to messages. Thank you so much!!!

4 of us stayed over Memorial Day weekend. We attended Beatlefest 1 day - the house is very conveniently located to Big 4 Park. I felt safe walking in the neighborhood.

We stayed at this property with a group of guys for a bourbon tour weekend. The property is located just outside Louisville and was only a 10 dollar Uber downtown (or 10 minute drive). If you have time, there is also an extremely cool walking bridge to Louisville.
The property is well-maintained and fit all of our needs. We especially enjoyed that backyard and spent a number of hours hanging out, playing yard games and grilling back there.
Communication with the host Amy was excellent. An issue arose that was out of anyone's control and was handled with the highest level of professionalism and almost instantaneous communication.
I can't say enough great things about our stay!

If you are looking for a place to stay while you tour Louisville you really can't beat this price if you wanna stay with friends. It's 10 minutes from most the prime locations and is a spectacular house. We had a large party of 13 and we all squeezed in.

This home was perfect for our group of 65- 92 year olds cousins and the matriarch aunt.
Bright, well decorated, uncluttered victorian home that had enough modern conveniences and nostalgia.
Plenty of towels and dishes are supplied.
Outdoor seating was relaxing. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Convenient to entertainment and eating.
Great host.

My friends and I enjoyed this house. It was so close for a group of guys to quickly get anywhere in Louisville. We enjoyed having access to a grill and fire pit. Would definitely come back!

We slept 8 adults slept comfortably in the house. Huge backyard and fire pit was our favorite place to hang out. Excellent location—short Uber into louisville, but actually ended up spending quite a bit of time in the walkable bars and restaurants in Jeffersonville. Would definitely be back.

We had a group of women on a retreat. Normally if you see something online, it is the shiny, prettier version. I will say many of the women stated the house was even better than the pictures. That never happens! The owners were always responsive with me within an hour if not faster. Thank you so much for your lovely home. It was just want we needed.

We booked a weekend getaway with 3 couples (late 30s to 40s) and had an absolute blast. This house was perfect. It has so much character on top of being very functional.
We went when it was really hot outside and so we didn’t get to enjoy the backyard area but we could see the potential.
Inside has everything you need for your stay. Each room was very clean and welcoming. The Owner does a great job of communicating and ensuring you enjoy your stay.
The house is on the Indiana side of the river but getting downtown Louisville is so fast. Location is great! We will be back for sure!

Our staff stayed in this beautifully remodeled Victorian home. After our sessions they enjoyed eating in Jeffersonville and walking across the bridge to Kentucky. The house was clean with plenty of space and a great gathering area in the back yard. Amy was very helpful with some last minute details and always responded quickly to my requests. It was a great stay and even had some of my staff considering moving to Kentuckiana.

Amy as a host? You can’t go wrong! Extremely diligent and responsive. The house; the title is spot on. We didn’t know what an absolutely stunning house this was actually going to be and it hits the mark with attention to detail, a simplistic elegance and enough space to house a small army. The location is a short Uber ride from downtown Louisville, but we had just as much fun walking around the neighborhood and stepping into the dives less than a block away. The neighbors were extremely friendly and engaging. When I travel back, this is definitely at the top of the list.
